nowadays when they do ads of bike and all we see two hunks competing against each other over a half naked girl who sits behind one of them who impresses her. 😕 All now that has become of television is sex and money.

God.... Today's children are missing it. The world has become competitive, complex, strange, crazy etc.... Those times were also troubled, but we managed to have innocent days. The old treasures...

Today's Television!! All saas-bahu stuff, overhyped dramas, meaningless reality shows... OH!! And look at the state of children's programmes!! All full of violence and swearing characters and wat not.... NO Offence Meant to early-teenagers and children here, but its just that today's state of affairs are all money, commercialization, sex, greed, violence, lame comedy etc.... All compared to our kiddie days.....

Being a student of tv and films, I also have observed how old films and serials were classics then... YES we do have exceptions here and there, now and then, but am sure my fellow generation members wud understand wat am trying to say... I simply cant find any more words to express what am feeling, but they will get wat am saying...

This is also partly why we watch CID...it is a relic from the good old days of TV, an era when TV wasn't commercialized but rather focused on quality, and produced gems like those mentioned before. CID is reminsicent of the golden era of TV, therefore it is also golden

Just went for 2 days out and when came back this thread full of emotions, all past memories. It took me nearly an hour to go through this thread. Never actually happened with me. Just went back to golden days. What to say more. I am just speechless.
