In my case..My mom used too wear saree..she was hasitate to waer Punjabi sit...but when we deceided to went at Rajstan that time my Mom friend insisted her to wear Punjabi sit...she brought one..and wear....I remeber she was very Embarrassed...we wear laughing....I saw her first time in Punjabi suits.She thought it doesn't shuitt her....But after mom got promoted and trafered ...she need to change 3 buses to reached her office so stared wearing Punjabi suit..now she hardly wearing saree...mein usase jyada saree pehenati hun...I nedd to wear for pesentation and conferance as formal or sometimes suit. m not comforatable with pujabi suits now a days...specially with odhani...saree mein jyada comfirt feel karati hun...

I remember a character named Kiran had the same problem with her mom so she kept on eating choclates and quits eating and one of her best friend notices it and thinks it is a form of depression. she takes her to psychiatrist who treats her so with help of her friends and professor ( Vinay Phatak as Viny sir - just loved his character in the seris) she is back to normal.

Yes...I remember one episode of this...about a girl who has a medical problem. Another new girl makes friends with her. Then the new girl finds all classmates avoiding her because of her friendship with this girl. The rest of the stuents think the girl is a wierd type, as they are not aware of her medical problem.

@ Visrom This was from star bestsellers probably not hip hip hurray. Waise hip hip hurray dealt with really good issues like drug addiction in teens, attachment with the school, close friendship at teen level, relation between parents and kids, siblings, professors and students. All in all a rocking seris

I don;t know which series it was...but Jiya also remembers this one. 😆 This one was about school friendships and teenage issues na.....I think it was Hip Hip Hurray only. Star Best sellers was a bit more heavy stuff, not about school and kids.

SRK's serials Fauji and Circus are know but does anyone remember his other serials - DIL DARIYA and DOOSARA KEWAL?

I remember Doosra Kewal - the name, but don't remember watching it. You know ,SRK was not the famous Bollywood star back then...I never bothered to watch any serial for him. 😆

@Visrom yeah Jiya remebers well, 😆 waise as per i rememeber it was Star bestsellers, but I could be wring hehehehee and Hip Hip hurray was not the seris for sure coz i remember it ver well. @ Prabha Dil Dariya - probably the seris where SRK was from a punjabi family naa, Correct me if I am wrong
