Bob comes to the theater to see a movie and he bumps into a friend and there is a comedy scene where Bob says he is going to be the next Bollywood Badshah and Baazigar. A couple walks in to the theater and the husband is searching for something and the wife asks what he is searching and he says tickets . She says that we have come to the theater and now you search for the tickets. At this the guy Ravi gets angry and starts yelling at his wife and this makes the rest of the public turn and watch them. While he is yelling at his wife Ravi finds a man in black buying popcorn they do not show his face just his hands where there was lot of gold , Ravi goes to this guy and they continue to not show his face but his neck where there are like 10 gold necklaces. In the fight that follows the man escapes and Ravi says he will not spare him. All stand in line for the movie and then they hear a shriek and when Bob turns back he sees the girl in a pool of blood with a knife on her heart. The husband just faints after that. The CID team Pratap / Jasmine and Abhimanyu come there and Bob tells them what happened . Pratap tells Bob that he has done a good job and Bob is shown with such a funny expression and is like wow Pratap Sir has praised him. The wife Suhana is still alive and they rush both of them to the hospital. Pratap asks Abhi to ask around what happened. Bob is upset as he tells Pratap he told him what happened. Pratap goes to Samar who says that the guy was running out so fast the security man did not see him and even the car as the car hit him. Samar describes what the security man saw and tells Pratap that it is the same as Bob had described and Samar tells Bob shabaash .
In the hospital Ravi's parents are there with him . The doctor says that Ravi could not have done this murder. The parents tell them the same that their son is not a murderer. The mother says that they were happy when they left the house but a mail came and Ravi came back upset and he left the letter in his room and they left for the movie.Ajaat, Samar and Jas go to see suhana ( they wear all these plastic robes and suhana is in this small glass room) . They ask the doctor why he has not removed the knife and they need it as they need the fingerprints of the killer. The doctor says that the knife is what is keeping her alive.He says that if they pull the knife the heart will burst and the blood will all come out killing her ( they show this very nicely in the plasma monitor) Samar is all intrigued to learn that a knife is actually saving someone's life. The doctor says that they cannot get the fingerprints because if they touch the knife it will move and that can cause Suhana's death
In Ravi's house Abhi finds parts of the torn envelope and the partof a picture. In the mall bob finds part of the picture. Also in teh house they find that a lots of unopened perfume bottles. Ravi's parents say that Ravi loves perfumes but he cannot use them as he is allergic. He gets skin reactions when he uses it so he does not use them anymore. In the last one year in fact Ravi has not bought anything but Pratap tells them seeing the price tags these perfumes are new and bought recently and this shocks the parents.
In the forensic lab they join the photo pieces and see that its Suhana;s picture with her written at the bottom. They go to the hospital when the hear that Ravi has gained consciousness. Pratap asks Ravi what happened on the 16th. Ravi says he went to office then he came home. He does not recollect about the movie. the doctor says that Ravi is still in shock and he may not be lieing when he says he cannot remember what happened. Pratap says that they will use the lie detector to find out if thats the case
