What if dev after loosing memory , surfaces in a town where he meets Vishaka who befriends him & he falls for her not remembering the past & she leads him on .
Wouldnt that be interesting ?

No sorry not interesting. I don't think Dev would ever fall for Vishaka. Just not his type 😆. Vishaka can marry Stantanu. Dev is a great character to me, because of his love for Radhika. He loves her despite everything. I want him to find his way back to Radhika and fall in love with her all over again.

According to a telly cafe article, Dev is going to loose his memory and surface in a new town where he will meet a girl. The article said casting is underway for the new girl. You can find the post with the article on the first or second page of the forum. There was no word about Vishaka's return. If Priyanka Mishra is smart she will leave CB and continue her career elsewhere.
