I think Dev is not dead because his body is not found. He will come back ...

Dev is not dead. Long live Dev, as in the King IS dead, long live the King :)

I hope they don't do the usual "tribals find Dev, mashed up
and all, apply herbs from forest, and tribal belle nurses him back
to health, except he suffers loss of memory" nonsense.

Or worse, Dev is found by some kindly person, gets admitted
to hospital, wise doctor shakes wise head and pronounces
"his face is so mashed up, we have to reconstruct face". So
Dev acquires a whole new (perfectly flawless) mug, and finds
his way back to P Bhavan, except everybody has a hearty laugh
when he says he is Dev.

To the producers: END THIS STUPID SERIAL
