There's an article someone posted from tellychakkar which says:
A source informs, "Hiten will play a Malayasia-based business tycoon. Radhika's sister-in-law, Mrinalini (Kirti Kelkar) befriends him with the sole purpose of creating a problem in Radhika's (Rubina Dilaik) life. Wonderful theory . I wish the "Creatives" were as creative as you, they would connect all the missing links .

But, I just went back and watched the 2 episodes ..Dec 21st part 1 and Jan 7th part 3. Vikram was not wearing the rings, he was wearing different kind of shoes and he did not were a bracelet either.
may be the creatives decided to get some rings for Vick .. that I am not sure ..

The person in the car today had darker skin then the Vick .. so, this malasian business man spent too much time on the beach then at work .. not sure ..

Eva, great guess! I wonder if this indeed is Vikram and they changed the actor from Abhinav to Hiten. Hiten Tejwani is much more popular than Abhinav Shukla so maybe they figured that by getting him their trps would go up? I used to love watching Hiten and his wife Gauri in 'Kutumb' and other shows. I'm a bit excited he's joining CB although I'm also nervous about who is his and what he try to do to RaDev.

So either he is Vikram like you said (great point about the mouth organ because I remember Vikram having the mouth organ in the dharamshalla), or he is Daksh babu and the CVs are going to revisit the track about Rads' promise to Munshiji, or he is a completely new character. Honestly, I would not mind at all if this guy fell for Rads' and gave Dev some competition because I want to see Dev be jealous and protective of Rads and come back to his normal self. I am intrigued and I hope the CVs don't let us down.

I don't think it is Vikram but a new character. Perhaps this track will open up a new track to find out about Radhika's parents.

Eva, great analysis. I too hope this new guy is Vikram (even if they have changed the actor). I desperately want Vish to have her own story line instead of being in the midst of RaDev all the time. She can still create problems for RaDev, but atleast there will be some side story that will make it interesting.
As for 2 Devs 😍 I am going crazy just thinking about it. As soon as I saw those 2 rings I skipped a heart beat and thought are they showing Dev's evil twin? Imagine Avi playing a double role one good guy and the other evil 😍 He will be the yummiest villain ever. A bad guy that we all will "love" to hate 😉

When they showed this stranger they kept on showing his mouth organ.... And if you remember that Vikram was playing mouth organ when waiting for Vish to come to him but instead Radh came....

If Vikram was not wearing ring in VR the reason could be at that time he was fugitive and was in hiding... but now he is out he could be in his full wealthy attire... cause he is in Malaysia...

At the after wedding function at Delhi all knew Vikram and Dev was really really outraged at that time...

Radh who has not gone out any where does not know any one anywhere... Than how in the world she stopped her so much wanted kiss to hear the music of the mouth organ??? The music penetrated her love filled mind and heart... The moment she wanted to have with her husband... the moment she initiated... but this music some how caught her attention through the closed door in those moment... and she broke her trance and asked Dev if he could hear that music?? Dev confirmed it is mouth organ...

I do not know but this is how my mind has made up the story...

Suppose she finds Vikram here... She would not know anything about it but will just say you?? Dev might follow and will be outraged again...and explode with anger and might share the dark secrete of Purohits... Radh may recall her visit and tell Dev about it that she went to visit a guy whom Vish loved and it was Vikram and together they may conclude that the father of Vish's unborn child could be Vikram...

Vikram does not know yet Vish being pregnant..

Now Vikram in any sense related to Dev... (may be a disowned brother... or anything??? ) than this unborn child of Vish could have been very criticle for the Purohits... and Vish being pregnant with Vikram's child could have brought the disaster on the Purohits in enormous way... Vish does not know this fact about Vikram too...

So may be that possibilty bring Dev out of guilt????? Though his feeling for sin for the death of unborn child may stay but his obligation to Vish might be lessened and putting the connection of Vish and Vikram... he might ask her to go???... And that old hag from VR.. will beat her head saying thakurji more mati mari gayi thi... mor poti rani ban sakat thi... ooui kalmohe chore vikram se... Thakurji mohe kahe sudh buth nahi ayee...

I think the way they shown stranger wearing the ring like Dev... with his mouth organ... Remember Dev when he is disturb he plays his flute.. and this one his mouth organ... his walk was like Dev too... and the displeasure and annoyance and anger toward Vikram at the function...

And if something sinister happens here.... than we have to see how they carry this out....

Or if he is antother one looking like Dev ... A twin of Dev... and in negative way??? Gosh I do not know if they may go that way... That twist may be too heavy on poor Radh... I do not think that could be possible...

Eva one more thing I want to add: Mrin did not recognize Vikram when he initially came to PB so she does not know about the Purohit family secret involving him. Her own selfish goal is to get Rads out of PB, so maybe it's a coincidence that she happened to choose Vikram to do this task ? maybe she really doesn't know the repurcussions and who this guy actually is?

I really hope the track goes as you theorized mainly because I want Dev to snap out of his guilt. I wish they had shown Dev look hurt and upset that Rads stopped the kiss when she heard the mouth organ. I want to see more emotion from him.

dg 86 ...am with you here ... i would love to see avi in a bad role ... not dev being bad but avi ... so that would be great if he was the guy 😉 and since vish seems to be falling for dev, maybe she will go for a dev look a like
