I agree about the mentality of Indians. I am not going to generalize here but its sadly true that they expect the "good sankari girl" to never open her mouth in defense and always bare whatever atrocities are done to her. But i hope Radhika is not always in that category. I do blame her but only partly. She seems to have half bought the arguments that Amma gave about the wedding still being Vishakha's and not hers.. but only half as she knows Kanha himself wanted her to get married.. so she has started questioning the reasoning but she is not someone who can completely go against the family that has raised her. Imagine where she would be if they hadn't give her shelter. She genuinely loves them and wouldn't want harm to them.

Now if she goes and tells Dev the truth and Dev accepts her and his family may also accept at some later point, what becomes of Brij Mohan Shashtri's reputation in Vrindavan? Everyone will curse at them for Vish's action and the deciet given to Dev. Tho its not really his fault. The respect that this family has will be no more and i think that honor is a bit deal to Brij Mohan. So i am not entirely sure that Radhika is doing wrong by keeping mum. If she had spoken before the bidaii it would be different story, they could say that Vish ran away and Rads had to take her place but since Dev was in love with Rads anyway it wouldn't be a problem. but now if she opens her mouth, it will seem like her family has purposefully decieved the Purohit as a whole.

I completely understand the 'social requirements' expected from Indian girls. And also Radhika's dilemma and why she is keeping quiet. I was just venting at what they are portraying and always the 'good one' suffers silently and the 'bad one' gets away scot free at everything. Portraying women/girls are meek and demure is one thing but seeing them portrayed as stupid and brainless time and again is annoying.

The truth will come out sooner or later and Brij Mohan Shastri will come to know what really happened. What about his reputation at that time especially when he comes to know that Devaki and Amma were parties in crime with Vishaka? Will he leave the house or ask them to leave? Because not only have these two women done the wrong thing, they have also kept him in the dark about it.

I just want to see justice and balance between good and bad so that viewers get the right message as a very large percentage of the viewers are women.

Also, this serial is moving way to slowly - I just hope they pick up the pace a bit. I am not expecting to see Radhika getting her status at the chhoti bahu any time soon.

1st I totally agree with all that you have said and I don't expect her to get the rightful status anytime soon either now coming to what will he do then? he will scream and yell at them and that's it. Then it will be okay well she's already there why ruini the life she has in that family by saying something about it to anyone. And yes I totally get why she's quite but that doesn't mean I agree with it.

Thanks for taking the time to do the update for this depressing show. It isn't enough that this poor, sweet girl is treated like a dog (what am I saying, I treat my dog much better than this), but now she's married the man she loves, but she's not married! 😭 And just to make it worse, he does love her and he thinks he's married to her selfish, greedy sister, who he's not really married to. 😕 Why do the channels keep making these kinds of shows? When are they going to show a positive character who takes control of her own life?

Actually im for ever mad at amma, but now i just dont get it as to why radhika should be quiet, am starting to dislike her giving up on her marriage

todays episode was disgusting. how long will dev and radhika stay apart

Thanks! Hopefully, Dev will realize his mistake and misunderstanding soon, and then there might be a confrontation, probably not, bit still hoping! Gotta hate that Amma and Devki shocked me today!
