Hari, thanks for your appreciation. Practice makes one perfect and so the more I make, easier it is to edit. I too miss good parts of CB2 and making these videos where I can use the scenes I liked is how I see these characters of Dev and Radhika.

Neerja, I think all of us were connected with CB2 because of CB1 initially. Then we got connected to CB2 when we started liking other characters - Rohan, Padma, Virat, Mohini, Maheswari in context of the story. But the disconnection started when Dev and Radhika no longer remained the lead and it started with Barkha, Padma, asur, Kanha, Madhavi. So by the time, the show ended there was this disillusionment at what they had done to a good story where there was so much potential. Also there were actors who would have delivered.

But taking these solo scenes of Dev and Radhika out of even those worse episodes and usually these are at most 2 minute scenes in 23 minute episode, have made me feel once again connected to characters of Dev and Radhika. Here I can now connect more with Dev when I couldn't before in the same manner in last eight months.

Avinash is really exceptional in serious scenes where his eyes and face expressions convey the thoughts of his character. In fact, lines used to be really bad and VMs make more of an impact because his lines are muted and it is expressions that carry the scene.

There was that one scene after Radhika gets acceptance as RPtain and Dev's wife in the society. When Dev comes back home and finds out that Rohan had tried once again to rape Radhika, his expressions of anger were worth seeing. Avinash actually was really good in that scene where they just focused on his eyes and face in the last scene of the episode. I just wish he had gotten more opportunity with the end of Barkha track, RB track and Chaya track which were actually his tracks. But he was a minor side character in the first track, the second was cut short and third never happened.

I hope Avinash gets a nice show in future where his talent can be utilized properly. Rubina at least got an opportunity to show more of her talent in CB2 with three different roles.

So after I calmed down seeing Misti's cartoon, I was listening to songs on youtube and somehow that "Naino mein badra chaya" was in suggested songs. And I decided to make VM. So in some sense, these creatives are one who inspired me to make VMs with their bad writing.
even i never tried sometimes before i had a thought to make VMz of old songs when i saw Chalhov posting the matching songs for the scenes of daily episodes but never tried as iam too lazy when it comes to making VMz as i take a lot of time to make a VM atleast 2-4 days .. only one VM i made it so quick was the song Saagar jaise VM which was requested by Neerjaa which i took only 1-2 hrs as i did not have much to edit in this VM

Heena, I have seen your VMs and I like them. Actually I used to be impressed with anybody who would make VMs and now I respect them even more because it takes time to make one. I am gaining speed the more I make, but still it takes 3-4 hours. But I don't watch TV and mostly read news online. So use my free time to do this. Also I had a light schedule last week. Not sure if I can make them with the same speed going forward.

i too have some old songs in my mind and some friends requested me to make but i never did :(

now iam feeling happy as you are fulfilling their requests

Heena, it depends on the song. Usually I don't start making a VM unless I have scenes for 1/3rd-1/2 of the song in my mind. Also I remember scenes of CB2 more than of CB1 because I participated regularly in Misti's daily thread analyzing the show. Also that thread used to be so descriptive with everyone analyzing every single detail of the episode that I have remembered most of the important scenes even if I don't remember details. Then once I download them, I mostly find more information in the same scene than I had remembered.

So two songs were the quickest to make - tere mere sapne ek range ke hai and koi hum na raha as both were serious songs. Also there were long serious scenes that could be used for the songs. So I needed only 4-5 episodes for these songs. For another song such as jo tumko ho pasand, I used 8-9 episodes. So downloading and editing takes much longer. But the average is coming out to be 3-4 hours now for me. Also downloading and converting takes much longer and that time usually I do other things. But once I have every episode in windows movie maker, then it is 1-2 hours.

i love this song very much its myt favvv song .. another perfect VM with perfect song loved it .

Thanks, Heena. Yes, there is abandonment in this song and Waheeda Rehman had excelled in this role. I always thought of this song as Radhika's ever since they showed her dancing with joy at finding out that Dev is her KK as she only wanted him to be her KK because of her attraction towards him.

Heena, thanks for reminding me about that. I haven't seen this movie "do kaliyan" but was thinking where I had heard this song. Now that you mention it, I can remember it in Maine pyar kiya intakshri scene.

Misti suggested this song and this was the one where I didn't have much problems making it. The slap scene just fit into it so well even though I hated downloading that episode as that was one of the worst episodes where Dev was brought down so much and we never saw a proper remorse from him for his behavior except for one line of apology in front of Dai/Padma with Radhika instantly forgiving him. Then Padma and Dai brushed off all of this under the carpet and were back to making demands on Radhika as to why she should go to the temple in her injured condition. So the scene became more of Padma and Dai's whining where they were hurt at being betrayed by Barkha. That scene actually ended up irritating me so much and maybe irritated others because ratings went into free fall after that episode.

Desigirlmita's VMs were really good as she used to match lyrics with scenes. But all her videos adn even of others got deleted. So I too decided to use "unlisted" option. But not sure even how long this would last as I do have a message in front of most videos now that it matches third party content. I am hoping that since these videos are not made public, they won't be deleted. I do have my copies and I can always upload in some other place. But youtube is better as I can paste the song in the forum directly.

Neerja, thanks. Actually almost all tracks were so badly treated in CB2 that we didn't think this way. But there were full episodes mostly in first five months, then during Dada death track and later on during RB track that were good. Then there were scenes in last eight months involving Dev and Radhika that were better. But the beginning of the end of CB2 for me was after that July 24 ME where Dev was not even given a 1 minute sequence even though he had found out that the foundation of his life was all based on lies. Padma was given 3 episodes to show that and he was given 15 seconds of silent scene.

Yes, that's what I do. I copy the url and go to video2mp3.net to do that.

you can edit your music as per your need i mean you can cutt of the unwanted lines which you dont to add it

Heena, thanks for suggestions. I am looking for a better shortcut. Right now I am using real player to download episodes from dailymotion and convert them to wmv format. Then I edit the song (if needed) and episodes in windows movie maker. Then have to convert it to wma format a nd that takes time and then have to load it in YT.

I will try this website you suggested and maybe save some time. Windows movie maker is good but it has a lot of limitations especially when you want to edit the song or adjust the volume of music vs. video.

Loved the song Jahan pe savera ho RADEV heaven Angie beautifully done and liked the way you included the dialogues in between.The running away track was beautiful but Zee drove away viewers by showing the promo of Rohan killing Dev repeatedly shooting and killing Dev . The CH and PH killed the show as they did not want it.
