When all evidence pointed towards Barkha Dev gave her 24 hours. Balram got 24 hours too to prove his innocence. However, when virat's term came whatever allegation made on him was assumed to be correct and he was given punishment without giving him as well 24 hours to prove his innocence. something strange here. All this is Bakwas if you ask me.
I know he is not innocent since he is partner of crime along with Barkha, yet he should have been given his 24 hours too.

Completely agree. he should have been given atleadst 18 or so if not 24. this was injustice. i know he isnt innocent but still shouldve been given time.

I think Balram and Barkha were considered suspects, whereas Virat's situation was part of the proof of Barkha and barkha presented a witness against Virat.

Balram and Barkha were suspected. There were no concrete evidences against them though people did doubt on them...and hence they were given time to prove themselves correct. However, in Virat's case, a man came up and proved that Virat was the man to have done this wrong deed and hence the punishment was declared.

Assuming your arguement is correct, the man the so called witness could have been a fabricated evidence against virat. Given time may be virat could have come equally convincing fabricated evidence against Barkha or someone else. The point is every one is suspect... virat is also suspect just like Balram and Barkha. So he should have been given 24 hours to prepare his case too.. Ofcourse in this case virat didnt ask for one but still... If you remember neither Barkha nor Balram asked for anything they were just given by Dev 24hours. I think this is quite flacky story track does not withstand logic or rationale. Period.

I agree with you pfalcon. The verdict was hurried .Even though we know that Virat is at fault he should have been given the right to be heard. But we don't know their written law ( if ever they have-I didn't see Dev holding any book or piece of paper) of the RP only Dev knew it so let us just accept it as it is.Let us give the RP the benefit of the doubt ) Maybe they have a different set of rules.

I couldnt agree more yaar,😊 main manti hoon ki Mr.Not RP was guilty but he should have been given 24hrs if not 24 then atleast 12 hrs...also when Maheshwari was about to speak Mr. Raj Purohit was like " badi ma aap bich main maat boliye." and i was like " Oh suno Mr. Rp, mujhe laga hi har koi bol sakta hain...par nahi lagta hain i was wrong..."

I am really disappointed in Mr. RP , its okay that Mr.Not RP got punished but, he shud've aleast been given a chance to prove himself...🤢
