yaar ,his behaviour was enough to not give time yaar.
and yes ,in case of balram and bh,there were doubts but in case of virat ,proofs wheather made or real.

so time talk doesn't come into account here.

Given time may be virat could have come equally convincing fabricated evidence against Barkha or someone else. The point is every one is suspect... virat is also suspect just like Balram and Barkha. So he should have been given 24 hours to prepare his case too.. Ofcourse in this case virat didnt ask for one but still... If you remember neither Barkha nor Balram asked for anything they were just given by Dev 24hours. I think this is quite flacky story track does not withstand logic or rationale. Period.

Perhaps because the mutt worker was trusted with faith. Also in Balram and Barkha's case, there was no solid proof against them. No one knew why the cows went sick in Balram's case. In Barkha's case, fingers pointed at her...but no one had any solid proof against her.

Also about fabricating witness...how is one supposed to know whether the witness is fabricated or not? If Virat was given 24 hours, he would have brought some other fabricated evidence pointing against someone else or Barkha. Even then the judgment would have been wrong.
