Good question of Balram how is Dev ever going to understand Radhika love if he is following RP duties and Barkha!! Kahna/ Radhika is her to make him understand!!

Yes Dev love Radhika a lot!! I think as Dev he isn't upset on Radhika one bit and he just want to hold her everytime but then comes his RP duties and his guilt towards Barkha!!
