I Think the person is Barkha's mom. I mean she would defenately want Barkha to remain in that house as daughter-in-law and also Barkha can bring her to Purohit house as she is not in Purohit house. Barkha can only bring her to that house once Radhika is out of Dev's life and she become Dev's wife that is why she is supporting Barkha against Radhika. No one else make sense to me.
