There was no rhyme or logic to anything. In any UP wedding (I am not a specialist on wedding customs so will refrain from custom of other states), the names of groom and bride are spoken with mantras as the puja is being conducted for those two. Now in CB1, it was no problem because everyone including Dev thought that Radhika's name was Vishaka. Here, it doesn't make sense as Barkha's name would be spoken in the ceremony. But again no name was taken because then they wouldn't be able to have another fake wife track.

Also the fake wedding with Rohan was considered complete despite no sindoor, but today it was a different story.

Angie well said, thts why they showed Dev taking 8th vachan..never heard..but these so called creatives always make fun of our traditions...

I usually like to be silent observer but then again this CVs make me come out of my shell. Whenever I come out I don't have good things to say about the CVs. There wasn't mehendi on Radh's hand. Then all of sudden I see those traditional mehendi with big dot in the middle of her palm..(looks more like Kumkum)...Also Barkha didn't have Mehendi on but Mohini managed to have on her hands...I liked the CB1 first wedding but i felt this was rushed...i understand that Avina are traveling so they didn't get chance but creatives can't miss out little details...or maybe I am just expecting too much from these people...I rather say kanha's miracle thn Barkha..

I WILL ONLY SAY THAT THIS WEDDING WAS A RUSH NOT ACTUAL
i am seeing cvs are not interested in story at all they are only doing for name.

I think we shoud ignore thsi small small oint this happen in reel life they are so stressed that this mistakes are not visible.they r working all the day to giv emaha episode I think theses things should not be given so importance when we watch their real life footage that will be all with right ritual

Thanks AD for pointing this out and it brings one point forward that this whole ME and the past one week drama is on the spot thinking of Cvs and in anhurry of chnaging track while forgetting past story they simply taking out ideas out from their magical hat instantly and thsu no time for proper planning and execution.

In order to insert more drama in RaDev marriage and cover that whole in one episode they made this marriage look very disorganized in terms of who is doing what (its another case everything is done by Brakha and everyone else is jts left standing) and thats why no detailing for rituals..they wnated it to cover in one episode..inbtn cut out beautiful parts ..

Anyways thsi si what we all wnated.. Radev married with no fake wife track and if RP does not accept this marraige then let thsi old man curse his fate and reject radhika (the real Gem). Brakha is true frd so acted in accordance but i have one confusion..did she knew that it was DDg who asked Rads not to marry Dev for his/family honour sake???

Now Brakha did everything then she shud do one more thing and that is to tell DDg that its her who did all this lying to everyone to make this god loved couple one...And if DDG still consider Barkha as CB then this Jhansi ki Rani/Mahadevi shud ask teh very respected old man (in his dremland only) that who is he to decide her fate..without getting married he is claiming her to be his DIL..how insane

Whatever i just wish now CVs dont give her more footage than they already have given...let Radev fight their own battle from now onwards coz making third person do everything is making story artificial...

1)..It is always the husband who offers the aahuti's in fire and wife just sits besides him...but here they showed in romantic way..

2)Saptapadi is the concluding part of the wedding ceremony..the girl is considered unmarried until the saptapadi is not done..once they took the seven vows the marriage is completed...but here the Pandit tells that your wedding is still not complete...

3)During Bidaai the girl's side goes out with the her and groom..but here Padma takes her..

Like this there are many things which are not shown in proper way..bottomline is they want to show again ghoonghat nautanki..cos noone knows tht Radhika under the ghoonghat...so now RP will order Barkha to take her place..

Totally agree RBG..for all this goongat drama they are not paying attention on details and the shaadi is done in hurry..leaving viewers filling in gaps by themselves..the reason is sudden transition in story and accomodating all twists before janamashtami (i still beleive unreasonabel demands of RP to bring thsi twist)...
Like in CB1 shaddi the whole sequence was i think run for 1 week here verything is done with in 1 hr (1.5 minus naach gaana)...Now onwards its better if they dont rush nay track and do some research...

Forgetting everything just wish RaDev happy married life (which is not possible with Rp and indian teleserial pratha)..But they are united on Janamashtami which itself is blessing from lord Kanha
