Misti ... awesome poem ... you have a great gift for writing

Avinash would have done a fabulous job if they had shown a fraction of what you have written here

I am hoping they at least show this in flashback - dev is entitled to feeling abandoned

Misti, as I have said it before God has gifted you with many talents...here your poem.👏
You have captured the essences of the picture with your beautiful words...
Wish Cvs would have given some RaDEv scenes where Dev talks about his feelings of pain and anguish...Avinash has dome mind blowing acting...and has perfect facial expressions...👏

Beautiful poem misti! Its truly expresses his feelings! Not having his mother near his heart nor heard her soothing voice must be an unimaginable pain...a silent pain that could be seen on his face stating there on the window sill just like in ur pic...They say eyes are the windows to the soul...his eyes the storm in them could only send lightenings of sorrow ...of lonlyness...his mother gave him with a good thought but faith didnt agree and he grew up as an orphan...she may be mistaken but kn not be blamed...it was his luck, his life, his faith now his turmoil...somewhere there written...

Thanks Myra...I remeber the scene when Dev told Daima that he is missing his mother. Thats the scne that came into my mind when I saw him standing in tress silently crying when existence was being questioned and ridiculed by others and that was also the scene that came into my mind when I saw him in this scene...an the poem came out as a combination of all these scenes. Eyes are the windows to ones soul and his pain was in his eyes. I don't blame the mother, she might also have had her reasons (which I want to know) but as a child Dev is entitles to feel let down by his mother. This poem was about the anguish of the child.

After I've seen your nature so realistic and sometimes ironic of your analyze daily, every part of the episode, I discovered with surprise that you have a romantic nature, reading wonderful lyrics, composed by you.
Featured are your poems, their lyrics contain so many nuances of meaning, we can discern with pleasure. Nice, as your creative muse is the perfect pair,Radhika and Dev.
In poetry <Quandry> remember my attention last stanza:

"But yet the heart still holds dreams

That makes me live life although it may seem

That I am caught up in the years long departed

Waiting for the one from whom I have been parted."

Here you surprised, extremely well, waiting Radhika, thoughts they misunderstood by anyone, just Kanha and Dev. When the ship when she heard the first time, sweet sound of the whistle, she felt a shiver exceedingly sweet reminded of something that childhood longing and waiting anxiously, that half of her heart. It is clear that Dev had the same feelings, at the same time and same intensity as Radhika.
Thanks, and congratulations, Misti!

Misti, it is just beautiful!! While reading, i didnt know when my eyes moistened up. You correctly portrayed the feelings going inside the mind of such a person...who has been abandoned for no fault of his.

WIsh the makers had shown something as lovely as this. Avi surely would have done a grr8 job in bringing it alive for us! They had everything in hand -- a proper situation, grr8 actor but they didnt utilize it!

How I wish the CVs were more sensitive towards Dev's feelings. I was imagining Avinash emoting to these feelings you expressed in your poem. He would have been outstanding had they shown scenes like these. We all know Avi's mindblowing acting ability in serious and emotional scenes and I feel very cheated that we were robbed of the opportunity.

Thanks dg86.

We all feel cheated that we were robbed of this crucial scene where Dev shows his emotions...either by himself or to Radhika. It would have given a clear end to this track but for some reason the makers did not want to happen. They still have a chance and they can show it as a flashback...that is if they want.

Thanks Chalhov...yes that was a very good scene where Avinash as Dev used silence to put the turmoils of the character in fron to the audience...he looked very lonely and in a world of his own.
