Wahhh 22.1... Tats high...obvio u knw better naa...well wateva e reasons...the show isn gettn trps..thr can be many reasons..let's see hw this goes on..

I think one of the main reasons the show hasn't done well is that it was rushed. The makers didn't get sufficient time to plan the show properly. They had a concept but needed more time to figure out how they were going to show it hence we got the evil saas rather than the clash in ideologies, which put off a lot of Sony viewers. My pov is that Sony doesn't have the normal saas-bahu show watching viewers and most Sony viewers don't like the heavy evil saas rhona dhona type of shows.

How could the channel push the PH and promote a show so heavily when the ML hadn't even been finalized and then to top it off what a huge huge casting blunder in picking FK. Even hardcore Sanaya fans stopped watching because they couldn't digest his non acting so how could we expect the general public to react. Yes, amends were made in replacing FK with Anuj but maybe it's too little too late - Sony need t figure out a way to make audiences give the show a second chance - it doesn't matter how good the story is unless people actually tune in to watch it.

I still don't understand the rush to air the show when IPL was about to start...it's like tying someone's feet together at the start of a race. The channel banked way too heavily on the names of Sanaya Irani and Supriya Pathak. Good actors give you the initial draw which these two did but it's the story which keeps an audiences interest. Even the biggest producer.director can't make a film with Amitabh Bachchan a hit just using his name if the content isn't there.

A majority of Sanaya's fans wanted to see her in a romantic roles but general audiences who have no fan affiliation to her probably couldn't care less and just want to see a good show and to them even Sanaya Irani is not more important than the content.

One of the main things that CC has going for it is that it has a fantastic supporting cast, in my opinion. I felt they were under utilised or utilised inappropriately in the beginning.

The Ph has fixed most of the errors that happened but I think it's up to Sony now to make audiences believe in their product and to promote it in a way to draw audiences back.

Personally I liked the show even in it's darkest moments because of Sanaya and Supriyaji but now I have to say I'm loving it because of the story and i just hope others will give it another chance.

That's news TRP touched 22.1. Reasons are many and what ever they are, will have to wait n watch I guess?

@TM, Agree to all points.. Read so many comments on rushing to start the show.. But are they not rushing now ? They keep on changing the characterisations like Manav, UB.. Etc .. By the time we start connecting to characters, they turn out to be different. What about Dadaji track and character.. Is he with old ideologies or something different.,, just a 2 minute speech made him believe , Favour CC. What is with Sonali track now? I can feel they are changing the tracks by reading feedback as of that moment .. Which will not help in longer run. For ex: in yesterday episode what was kaumudhi praising CC in temple .. What is that we have seen / shown on CC doing for family? The dialogues should to the circumstances not keep on praising just that CC is main lead ..similarly what about serving breakfast? What is being conveyed .. Just that it is left incomplete

These are just my POV.. As always pray and wish that show improves for Sanaya , if not for anyone else. Hope things change , else I know there is something best for sanaya in future.
