Feedback on CC -urgent - updated with mail

We had great weekend discussions on the forum with many of us highighting the positives of the show and also talking and discussing about what needs to be improved. In light of Anuj's tweet ( I am sure he meant the protagonist and not the show)... I think it would be good to provide this feedback to Sony as well as the PH using the following links ( copying from Capri's post).
