something somewhere do not gel well for Chhanchhan..
with powerhouse talent like Sanaya and Supriyaji, this show has yet to make its mark..
that to me...is pretty sad...

with trp getting lower, PH and Sony should at least by now, know what is working
and what is not..



2 shows from the same PH won at the recent ITA, so that means all is not lost for Chhanchhan.

Agree. The execution has been off since it started and the characters are all uni-dimensional. I also find it strange that nobody other ChanManBen have any kind of backstory or parallel track.

But it may recover still. Who knows? Having said all that, while I really like Sanaya Irani, I am not so invested in her life to lose sleep over TRPs of her show and or whether she made the right decision or not. Like I don't have my own life decisions to live with 😆

I also would like to point out that replacing FK is not the solution, as someone who watches a ton of TV I know that about 80% of TV actors are as skilled (or not) as FK when it comes to acting. They just have more layered writing and better direction that backs them. So I hope the PH doesn't look for an easy scapegoat as a solution. I mean, sure, replace him with someone better if you can, but fix the writing first. Good writing + mediocre actor > bad writing + brilliant actor

Blaming Sanaya 😲? No one will suit as Chanchan other than Sanaya .. Supriyaji is also doing very well. We should blame cvs and PH for rushing the story and not abe give their complete 100% to CC . Ph selected fine actresses for lead roles not a good creatives unfortunately

Agree wid each n every point! I dont get d logic behind blaming Sanaya! She's giving her 100% to d show. Only d cvs n d director r to b blamed for faulty execution!

Sanaya is giving her 100% it's the PH to be blamed not to mention taking a newcomer opp her was a wrong decision. They better work on improving things.

i agree to ur every word! just cz the producers are failing to deliver what the promised not just us but also Sanaya, it is not working as it should have!
but it is in no way Sanaya's fault cz as far as acting is concerned she is delivering 120%, which is her only duty in the whole of the things of a show! if the rest r falling behind be it writing, directing, execution and casting how is she to blame!

I truly hope that post IPL all these would be sorted out..and very soon too!!

apart from the uni dimensional characters and inability to translate potential concepts on screen i also feel they need to concentrate on the dynamic between characters...one month down the show and there is still this disconnect with the characters which i think is the biggest failure for any show ...it still hasn't been able to strike the chords of our hearts ...i also believe tthe love story needs to be interwoven into this saas bahu saaga.it's a daily soap at the end of the day and i think they can afford to concentrate on the love story too...ofcourse the saas bahu angle should still be the most prominent element but that said i don't think they should ignore the dynamic between the other characters thus giving the show a well rounded appeal ...apart from all that i mentioned abv farhaan's lack of acting abilities make it difficult for me to sit through the show
