Biraj, lovely to catch you here! 🤗 Yes, AD has been almost (but not quite!) as intolerable as Uma Ben! 😉 Trust me, you've missed nothing at all. Sanaya was my reason to give this a shot but I draw the line at saas-bahu shows! But I think we can dance to the sound of our own music --- without the help of the show 😃 .

Ladkis...I am not saying anything about this show...because I'm not happy with where its headed...

Once upon a time we atleast had a hot dude to tell off our girl for wanting to do everything herself ...this time there isn't even that hope😕

@Rads :- Great minds think alike. This was the thought that myself and Priyanka went through yesterday with pms. I so wish bitwa goes on 11/28/40 weeks(not days mind you) sabbatical leaving Ya-Ya to figure it out.

End of week 1 - Ya -ya all the way!
Next week looks like another ya-ya face off -- while ya junior wants to beard the lion in its own den... she forgot that she "cannot do everything by herself"... Khair... chhoddo... am waiting for the redemption of both Ya's characters... at the moment both look uni-dimensional --- black and white... there should be more dimensions revealed or this will turn into a saas bahu show and just San ( no comments on Han ).. is not enough for my sahan...

Like San's wardrobe... except the ornamented jeans she wears... hair is OK too... she looks almost herself. On the disappearing friends ...already!! This is supposed to happen after atleast 10 episodes

I think the PH mis-calculated the fan group of Sanaya - because all of us are thinking and independent women and Sanaya appeals to us because she was not the normal, saar pe pallu odo type of heroines. Wish the PH came up with a better storyline that justifies the faith of the fan following of Sanaya or else I don't see much hope for this show as Sanaya fans can take the show so far but to tune in day in/day out, they need something more substantial than just the name.

Sanaya was the only reason everyone gave it a shot and while i am delighted at having atleast Sanz back; i do not think this will hold my interest much longer.
Once upon a time there were characters that made me fall in love with the actors; here i am trying really hard for the actor to like the characters but it is just not clicking.
About bold above Riya and I were discussing this and maybe we can get something up soon😊

Uma-baap-re-ben (love that name) with her three stooges ... Larry, Curly Moe ... you cracked me up!!! 🤣 Now I know where Sanaya's uniform designer went ... she's doing the bahus' costumes! 😆 That scene was funny ... Uma-baap realising for the first time, that with all her bahus' shortcoming, they have one very big quality which she missed all long ... THEY ARE NOT CHHANCHHAN!!! And they don't possess any trace of ... what was that ... a spine. Or a brain. Or other assorted internal organs related to any kind of independent thinking. 🤣
Am surprised she hasn't planned a visit to the temple to thank God for small mercies ... 😆 But boy oh boy ... does she have a surprise coming 🤣

Appears that the penchant for equating bubbly and chirpy with brainless has found it's male equivalent in the soap world ... happy go lucky means daft six year old!!! Am sure Sanaya is thanking her lucky stars SHE doesn't have to play brainless and dimwitted this time ... the guy gets to do it! The perks of being the one in the author backed role! 🤣

5. Wardrobe-wa!! Take 5 returning to its roots with a wardrobe update!! Sanaya must be thanking the Devi Maiiya on her knees- she actually has OUTFITS on this show! 🥳And not just uniforms in different colors!! 🥳🥳 And most important - there isn't hide nor (bad pun alert) hair of a Gangotri - anywhere in the vicinity! 🥳🥳 🥳

I echo your sentiments entirely 🤣 Nothing more to add!!! Especially re: the uniforms ... one episode, three changes of costume ... each better than the other! How cool is that?!!! 🤣

A quick comment ... I did like the Chhanchhan family scenes, both the night of the broken wedding and the next morning ... sensitively done, the dialogues were very natural, nice way to wrap up the wedding fiasco. The lady playing Chhanchhan's mom is nice, has a good screen presence, and is very graceful. The rest are easing into their roles well.
Farhan needs to up his ante ... and soon! Else his mom and his love interest are going to eat him up alive! Bachhe, just saying you've done theater and films is not going to cut it ... kuch performance bhi chahiye! Anyway, I gave his predecessor almost a month to get properly into his role, and he was not even a newbie. So am being lenient on Farhan for the moment ... but his clock is ticking ...

Most important - I missed the dogs ... where is Puchpuch?!

So true. The characters made most of us fall in love with the actors. Hence, we are continuing to watch the shows for the actors now.

But no idea where this serial is heading towards. For me, its ok if it is not a romantic comedy. Sanaya has done that before and now if this one is different, it is definitely good for her as an actress. But then the story should be different than the usual evil vs. good saas-bahu stuff. I was so looking for Deena Patak's role in Khoobsurat in Uma ben. But sadly they selected this cliche route.

Anyways, its just a week old baby. Hopefully, it will offer something interesting.
