Sebamed ka lipbalm try kr lo ya fix derma. I use sebamed religiously....

About home remedies are your lips chapped? Honey and coffee scrub would help and this may sound odd but every night before you sleep put a drop of pure ghee in your belly button. This did wonders to my body as a whole.

Are your lips dry, chapped? If yes on an ice take few drops of honey and put it on lips... Your lips will be plumper.... Honey is a humectant. But still doctor ke pas jao.... Maybe it's not sensitivity of your skin but some sort of allergy
