Honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing him in something around the lines of Netflix's You.

It can be masala and content, at the same time Danish nails grey shade roles so it would be pretty great.

On the other hand I also want to see him do comedy, so either a dramedy or a rom-com. A full-fledged sitcom of 20 something episodes would also be great.

Then I want to see him do something super intensely romantic also. You know, like the one that takes your breath away ☺️☺️😆

It looks like Kadwani Jr saw Deewangi on loop, thats why many scenes match 😆

You should see Danish's romantic songs from the movies. You might faint watching it if you haven't seen them before 😆

1) Mahira and Saba are in a different league.

There is one other factor to be considered, he looks very young so the actresses too have to be younger than him 😆 Otherwise its gonna look like Ruswaiyan 😆

And he's insanely good looking so.....

So out of the ones you mentioned, the ones who'll look good opposite him will be Sajal, Kubra and Hania. Yumna would also be fine.

Rest he's either worked with before or I don't feel the spark 😆

@bold: With these two it'll have to be a very strong script.

Its important to basically find an actress who is younger than him, is gorgeous (because he's insanely good looking) and has the acting chops. Third wala toh depends on the script also, heorine ka strong part nahi hai toh koi bhi chalegi 😆

Based on my personal experience with stan twitter and fandoms in general, Danish needs to do a show which has -

1) a bankable female lead with a strong fanbase on social media like Sajal,Iqra or Yumna.

2) A non Geo show (The twitter crowd has some illogical vendetta against the channel)

3) a show which has a script that is either supposedly unique or,atleast,appears to be so.(That's all I can make out from the level of hype Suno Chanda received)

Then again social media and twitter,in particular, is a mystery to me at times. They shun dramas like Deewaangi without caring about the performances giving the excuse of "content". But then again I did not see dramas like Ishq Zahe Naseeb getting the level of hype it deserved to receive. If the twitter crowd actually appreciated quality content,scripts and acting like they claim to then Zahid Ahmed would have commanded a craze as huge as Fawad because he actually has a diverse range of characters in his resume.

Instead all I saw was average newbie actors turning into sensations overnight because of one fluke of a drama and because they were paired alongside popular actresses. If these folks can do it then why not Danny who is genuinely talented?

Imo the hype on Social Media for Pakistani shows makes little to no sense. Of course there are exceptions to this too but majorly its a young actor who is a relative newbie and is paired opposite a popular actress or is married to one. Another point is that Hum TV shows seem to appeal a lot to the younger crowd.

Sort of similar to how Star ONE was the young gen's jam in India, and those actors had fan pages and groups and all this internet buzz, but IRL the TRPs were below 1 and the actors either did not get mainstream work or had to move to proper daily soaps on the mainstream channels.

Aafter thinking about a lot of the actors and shows, I've realised Twitter doesn't mean jackshit. Shows like Alif were lauded on Twitter but unfortunately did not get the numbers, even though it was said to be very well made. Sajal is unarguably one of the top actresses in Pakistan and has equal fan group support but Ishq e Laa doesn't have the numbers. Same goes for HKKST, despite having Mahira in the show, look at the TRPs. I would expect it to be more than 8 for sure, instead its somewhere between 5-6.

Twitter will talk about content but at the end of the day, the only thing important to producers and channels is numbers. That's how they make profits. If a show is illogical but profitable, they don't give a damn to the negative feedback. Same applies to ITV. But one major difference between ITV and PKTV is that the TRP gaining shows can also have fabulous performances which makes it worth watching.

Netizens have something against Danish, probably because he gets the numbers and has proven this time and time again. Even the industry seems to snub him regularly, there's an entire theory on the last thread that -shopaholic- and I were discussing so he does not get the recognition he deserves.

Which is why I say at the end of the day talent does speak. He might not be recognised the way he should in his maiden industry, but I always say Danish will get something extraordinarily huge which will be unimaginable. Sab rat race mein lage rahenge aur ye alag level pe pohoch jayega.

All we have to do is have faith and hope he picks up good stuff while he is still doing dramas in Pakistan. Because the best is yet to come, my heart knows it ❤️

At the end of the day,it's always about the numbers.Moreover not many have the ability to gain numbers while having to carry an entire show on their own which Danish has done more than once. I am quite unfamiliar with the terrain of industry politics so him getting snubbed is a mystery to me. I would like to know the theory you and shopaholic discussed though.

And yes. Yeh banda hai toh lambi race ka ghoda. I sincerely pray that what you believe in comes true and he gets something beyond everyone's expectations.

Lastly I can go a bit overboard at times while venting out. So please do not get alarmed or just tell me directly if anything I say ever makes you guys uncomfortable 😆
