Slowly slowly celebs have started speaking up. Sonam Kapoor put up an Insta story today.

So did her husband Anand (he even put up the Washington Post article which has a more political title if I can put it like this)

Now I wonder if Bollywood celebs were waiting to see what was gonna happen.

I'm certain most of them reached out to the family in private but I thought maybe they thought it would be better to wait and see how things would turn out as not to feed the trolls.

Now that it's becoming clearer and clearer that they won't let Aryan go that easily and that their main focus is to hold him in jail they are going to stand up for him more and more.

People like Hrithik and Suzanne who have seen Aryan grow up can vouch for his person and others who might have known him only socially or not at all -as he has spent most of his life in jail- might only be taken seriously if they talk about the injustice that's happening.

SRK and Gauri have a lot of goodwill in the industry and SRK is a master of communication so it's possible they might have thought it through (the celebs not standing up together at the same time as it might have backfired as Bollywood only standing up for their own without knowing the facts)

By the way, I have always found that Rana is a bit biased and does tend to present one side of the story more. She will never talk about how many Muslims troll SRK as well for being liberal. Just a few weeks back many were asking him to convert to Hinduism when he tweeted “Ganpati Bappa moraya”.

Manavi Gaur had actually picked Rana’s post.

I once read her book on Gujrat riots (according to which she went undercover pretended to be an NRI Hindu Brahmin girl who wanted to shoot a documentary/ film). I have never been able to decide how much to trust her.

Anyways.. everywhere in the world is acting like this these days..

It kind of makes sense why kjo lot have not been vocal. They took the most hit when SSR thing happened so them speaking out for Aryan would make things worse. And I think its good if BW kind of stays away for now.

If srk decides to fold hands in front of the people in charge… honestly I don’t think anyone should judge him…

His kids before anything else… but if he decides to take it to the end then I will have so much respect for this father and son duo…

I know right....

I try to think that God forbid if something like this happens with my kids what would my reaction be?? And I can't even begin to imagine the horror....my kids get fever and my blood pressure goes high....I don't know how SRK/Gauri are facing this...I am telling ....If he was my son...I would have gone and touched the feet of the person I despise...just to get him out..that is how weak I am when it comes to my kids...🤔SRK has a lot of faith in Allah....and I hope that ..that keeps him going....Aryan is in this mess for a long haul...bus ek baar bahar aa jaaye and SRK should just leave...
