I agree. I came here to support SRK and Aryan, but the kind of garbage being spewed here about the country as a whole and the shitty generalisations is getting ridiculous

Comparing India to Afg, hoping that SRK leaves the country, etc. As if countries like US do not have their issues. Last I remember, SRK was frisked and detained at American airports, not once but thrice just because of his last name. Now thats real progressive !! India is only getting caught up with Islamophobia. Western countries like US and UK have been miles ahead of us in that respect (have seen it first hand in the US and even in a liberal country like Canada)

I do agree here. The Middle East has its own problems and Islamophobia is a concern in the west.

India is still a democracy and the amount of love Indians have for SRK, no other country can.

Yes, people get carried over by emotions but lovers and haters are two sides.. he has more dedicated fan base who have even travelled to a different city to show him support.

As for the rest, people will forget. Salman has more grievous cases against him and he is still thriving. In this case it’s becoming public knowledge that Aryan is not guilty and shouldn’t be in jail.

I wouldn't generalize US either. This is still the country Muslim immigrants want to move to. If this was such a racist, Islamophobic place, they wouldn't, would they?

SRK didn't get frisked because of last name. He got frisked because of WHOLE NAME. An actual terrorist was either actually named that or was using it as alias.

What do you expect the US to do? Let him pass without checking and risk another 911?

There is a huge difference between frisking and letting go and keeping someone in prison without evidence.
