Chat can't be used but if it takes NCB to a drug peddler then it might be admissible as secondary evidence.

Hehe Manishinde ko sochne ka tha but I Still don't blame him.. first they have to file bail application today. Once court receive application court will ask ASG to file their response. If his team sends response today then court proceeding hogi aur bail mil sakti hai. Ye sab ek din mai hona is optimism.

But ye court hai pura din lg jayga and phir Monday par hi baat aygi.

Hi Zeal, I don't want to be a menber but I want to let you know that I appreciate yours and other's (S e.g.) input on the legal interpretation.

From Aryan it led to Achit From Achit it led to Imtiaz Khatri.

This is simple they exploring leads and trying to break the network of drug supply and distribution.

I’ve read through the thread but will reserve comments until there’s more information being released. So far, nothing concrete has come out. Gotta wait till next week.

6 follow up raids have been conducted 10 people arrested and drugs seized at each raid after Aryan and 7 other were taken in custody.

NCB performed its duties in a professional & impartial manner. Allegations against NCB are made on the basis of assumptions.

All actions performed by NCB are in transparent and as per law. All the Panchnama/documents are part of court proceedings and legally binding on NCB. They can be taken to court if any wrongdoing is found.

NCB didn't ask for Achit's further remand, they weren't present in the court for it, I guess they needed him for Aryan

Do note they were seeking Aryan’s custody for confrontation with Aachit who is a supplier according to NCB

I would like to counter some arguments here...itf that would be okay for you, fine for me (if not, I can understand because of my affection for SRK).
