Today Special Court NDPS gave Bail to Aachit and 6 others(4 organisers and 2 guests on the course)

But in my knowledge 2 remain who gave the name of the drug peddlers.

Ishmeet Singh Chadha gave name of Shreyas Surendra Nair who was arrested with small quantity Charas

Mohak Jaiswal who gave name of Abdul Kadir Shaikh who was arrested with ecstasy along with commercial quantity of mephedrone

After Interrogation of Abdul Kadir Shaikh following 2 were arrested

Chinedu Igwe was arrested with 40 tablets of Ecstasy

Okaro Ouzama was arrested with cocaine

I did not understand, NCB hand overing aryan related drug case to NIA?

If yes then politicians who supported Aryan and blamed sameer will be in hot water...

NIA operations per conspiracy theories will be fun though 🤣

NIA officials only visited NCB office yesterday. The news came out they Maybe taking over the case. No confirmation.

My assumption:

Some on the arrested drugs peddlers and suppliers to this case might be connected to a narco-terrorism network for NIA to show interest.

The drug peddlers and the 3000 kg haul at Adani ports are interconnected. The sources of supply is from Afghanistan.

The NIA visited NCB office to know who are the actual culprits.

It is not going to be an easy case because Adani's name is taken by a lot of officials.

When these two cases came to light, many of us thought Aryan Khan was a bait to divert the attention from the actual mess which happened in Gujarat.

The interpol had warned intelligence agencies that some huge consignment of drugs are going to be routed through coastal areas in India, at the same time NCB planted their officers and witness too on a cruise liner as per prior intimation.

Genuine legal question…what is the amount of drugs which would make a court not grant bail? I was reading tweets from bar n bench handle and saw achit kumar was given bail because he had small amount of drugs …then gomit something got bail because he had intermediate quantity of drugs …lol kaun sa amount hoga jis par bail nahi milti hai?

@bold Could put two n two together when first heard about the two cases…but didn’t know for sure this is actually the case…did you read it somewhere?

I guess Small and Intermediate quantities are eligible for Bail. Anything above is commercial and harder to get bail.
