I am from Mumbai and often travel to Gujrat, some passengers in the train were discussing about the case. They were clearing agents by profession.

On this forum, many international fans speak up without knowing how India really functions.

Anyways poor Shahrukh, he is poorer by a 100 to 200 crores. Aryan Khan did not get bail as per the law of.the land, he has to donate to the high and mighty for his sons release.

Nawab Malik Son in Law was arrested when a case of 200 Kgs contraband was seized from Karan Sajnani. During that case 500 gm of contraband was seized in connection with Sameer Khan.

Karan Sajnani was also granted Bail.

Jiske pass paisa hai sabko Bail mil jaati hai!!

Whoa!!! This i definitely didn’t expect…usually I have seen over the past year or so Bombay high court is notorious for being bought…but in Aryan’s case, since it took so long, I honestly thought that’s what the judge deemed…bail is okay…anyways bail doesn’t mean off the hook but still I felt bail is per legal requirements

As usual people manipulating facts.

Yes, Court Order Says Aryan had no Drugs.

Yes, Conspiracy Charged Couldn't be established.

But nothing was found in chats and Aryan is Pure and Pious is a wrong conclusion. They are still charged for personal consumption. Aryan has to pay bond and had to meet all other conditions given in court order.

As court order says its worth to clarify..

1. Confessional statements of the applicants.

2. Past chats of applicants where they had sourced drugs for themselves or friends.

These are prima facie the reasons Investigative officer has to look further for the investigation purposes and to delve on conspiracy charge.

(In another universe letting go a Celebrity son without an Investigative officer performing due diligence would have been termed as difference between Rich-Poor culture)

Court order says chats did not establish the meeting of minds (which is common intent among applicant), a necessary precursor for the conspiracy charge. To substantiate conspiracy charge there had to be some proof of common intent, either chats should have implied that they were planning to do something unlawful and travelling on the cruise together wasn't satisfying enough for invoking provisions of Section 29 against the Applicants.

Balanced judgement by court today..

Nawab Malik acted out of Malice and Personal Animosity. Which are the grounds for defamation if the allegations are found to be untrue.

However gave freedom to Nawab Malik..he is allowed to countinue posting on SM but should verify documents before posting.

There is flip side to freedom as well.. is aas mai if he makes mistake of posting something untrue to Nawab ki to lagegi.

Why I am not surprised.. some people were making fun of her.
