@bold: I'm baffled too. How come as a lawyer the guy does not even know that the magistrate court can't issue bail in these kinda cases?

I’m sure if they had done to sessions court they would have said this could have been settled with the magistrate, go there and apply and if they reject then you can come apply here…

Have you read that article though...firstly it says India desk. That writer is not the same person who is the political analyst on the UK or American desk. Also that article mentions a miniscule amount of something. It doesn't describe the narrative here. Perhaps they need to run the story as a feature considering all these developments?

When Hassan Minhaj did an Indian election feature on patriot act, he was banned from the Howdy event in Texas. How does a journalist who is a US citizen, working for a US corporation get banned from attending an event because of his opinions on a show?

I haven't ever commented on that incident because HM didn't make a big deal of it BUT this is major....

This is why I say that if I ever visit I will have to leave my opinions on the flight when I disembark.......

Pata nai. where was Rhea's case argued.. it was only after some 40 days they reached HC. Manshinde was the lawyer in both cases.

@hotchoco - what was the section under which NCB can't handover accused to anyone - failure of officer on duty,.

When I was a silent member on the BWF, I would see posts bashing Gauri. Saying that she also was disinterested, arrogant or whatever. I always saw her as someone with a great amount of dignity, restraint, grace and poise. People mocked her for her hair colour, make up, clothes, blind items, etc

However, this shows how right I was from the little I saw of her. As a mother, she must be cursing the people that are putting her first born through this BUT she has shown so much restrain. Not every woman would be able to fight against herself and not visit her son because of not being just Aryan's mother BUT Mrs Khan also.

Kudos to GK.....no one else could carry off being Mrs Khan with all this dignity and poise.

If I sound like a stan of the Khan couple then I am...there I said it.

If NCB wanted Aryan in custody to investigate further, pray tell us, why were those 3 individuals let go the very night they were caught?

How did NCB know within such a short timeframe (maybe couple of hours from the point of arrest to their release) that they need NOT be investigated in this matter? How did they arrive at that conclusion so fast?
