So are they filing a FIR under 302 or not? The current FIR I believe is the one the family filed which was abetment to suicide. We are in the same place we were a few weeks ago. Where we had no clue what the hell the CBI was doing? All angles? They haven't managed to narrow down anything yet? Well I do preach about the need for patience because we need to establish solid facts that can be proven in court.

First of ,answer How selective leak from AIIMs by Dr. Sudhir was out and for what ? AIIMs need to either deny leaking it or accept/expose why it was done. Is there no accountability for these folks.🤢

Now CBI is coming out saying same thing they said month back - Everything is looked at meticulously, Tell us what did u do till now ?? Tell family/Lawyer what progress has been made?

That's what! Like grumpy said earlier...we are legit stuck at the same place as we were 3 months ago. No movement except for drug angle sub-plot. Tomorrow some channel will flash a heading saying 'Suicide not ruled out'. ..and the saga will continue. What is so difficult in explaining, if not fully, but at least peripherally what you have investigated so far ?!

For next few days the focus will be on Gupta now. But what IS happening on the other side?!

I respect your opinion but I just want to point out everyone initially trusted Sudhir Gupta when he was telling them the right things on the phone like the crime scene has been contaminated or the autopsy report was done in a rush. It happens sometimes people turn on us when we don't expect it. I will say don't trust anyone blindly but don't mistrust anyone blindly. The rest is your choice. Like I said before you seem to have followed them more closely and for a longer period of time than I have. Neither am I going to force any person down people's throat. But the main thing is to stay united for the justice of Sushant Singh Rajput. Regardless of our differences.

As much as I am thankful to Republic and Arnab for not letting this case go, but CBI really needs to come up with clear statements. Murder not ruled out? What are we supposed to make out of it? How is it any different than suicide not ruled out?! We have a right to know what investigation they did and what are their findings till date. We are ready to wait but we need to know whats happening?!
