so Forensic Expert Mr Rao said in the end of the debate that as per what he read in the PM, there were two sets of injuries on Disha's body.....one from the fall and one that didnt happen due to the fall......

When the forensic report is conclusive, only then can the CBI escalate the charge to homicide.

They have the forensic findings already. Today they had a meeting with CBI people to share their the preliminary findings. After this interaction, on mutually shared feedback, the AIIMS will now prepare the final report. They would reconcile deviations and discrepancies, if any before giving a final conclusive report. Till then they can't make statement of sure shot homicide.

Only upon receiving the conclusive report can CBI escalate this case to the section pertaining to homicide and arrest the possible suspects for custodial interrogation to establish motive(s) and prove it a murder.

As CBI needs strong proofs and irrefutable evidences to present the case and the culprits in the court later on, they are moving forward with extreme caution. One minor lapse and the case will fall flat in the Court.

Thanks. This helps. I m so upset as each detail is coming up now. How they killed two people along with minor girl (if true) is making me restless. I feel like punching them n dragging each one of them n beating them with Gandasa personally (sorry for my voilent instincts) , thats how I feel as my blood boils , coming from core of my heart.

You guys can choose to ignore it but I really wanted to vent out this. I was a huge srk fan.. to an extent that I would go on verbally fighting with people who bashed him. I found him witty and a sensitive self made man. I respected his stardom because he had earned it. And Sushant loved this guy. His love and respect for SRK was so much that it made me feel so warm because it was a common factor between me and him earlier. He dedicated his success to him, honoured him in almost all his performances.. never left a chance to convey how much he adored the man.

Now that I am looking at things and how they have turned out, I feel so sick. I have lost all my respect for him and it hurts. For more than 20 yrs of my life I have held him so dearly .

I am So disheartened that he couldn't even find out an image of them together to give him a goodbye he deserved. He knew Sushant idolised him.. and all he had to say , ' he loved me very much?' yes shah rukh . We knew he loved you.

He shouldn't have.

Bollywood is such a hollow place.

Exactly same sentiments. SRK was my childhood favorite. Now I just detest him.

Why can't they say it is is homicide and not Suicide. Isn't it clear now - Height not matching, marks on neck etc there are tons of indicators that suicide wasn't possible in given scenarios and why so much time.

Whatever evidence they have, they'll have to come to conclusion based on that.
