It is very difficult to get a role in a EK show. She has her own set of inner circle and is known to be very loyal to the actors who belong to that circle. I was hoping that Erica too would get an opportunity to be a part of an EK show and also the elite group whom she considers her as her friends. She had a good opportunity when she caught Ekta's eye during the holi festivities when they must have met & Ek ended up following Eri. But Erica does not seem to be a go-getter when it comes buttering up anyone for roles. To survive in this industry you must be more interactive and visible to be noticed otherwise one tends to get lost in the ocean of talented actors.This is where I feel Eri is lacking. She has to be more pro active in order to bag good roles under good production houses.

As for buttering Ekta-It never works😆.Believe me-if you guys cant, see almost on every second post of EK, daljeet kaur is buttering her.Commenting-writing all extra good things.Daljeet comes across as a good woman.What happened to her was wrong.Also she seems to be in need of work.But EK does'nt pay any heed to her.Aslo Rajat Tokas is a very reserved person to be.He is known to never even talk to his co-actors.I rem in one the IV's EK said he does'nt even much converse with her.Yet he bags roles.

As for Eri, I rather wish she bags a good role rather than just rushing to the screen right away.I thought colors was a pretty coveted channel.Two shows are abruptly closing on colors.Also, Krystle's show is weird.

It's too early to judge tbh.Lets see what comes Eri's way.I recenly saw a promo in Mumbai BEST bus of IPK 3 heroine's new show.Not deriving any sadistic pleasures, but such a let down its is.A complete bore😲.I don't wish to see Erica in such random roles.

And to add to it, the tradition of mugging up and pouring it on to the answer sheet is what makes it more tough. This is one thing my son hates and dislikes about CBSE system. He prefers application oriented exams or tests and that is why he prefers to go abroad for further studies. If CBSE had changed their approach, then no international student will be able to match our Indian student who have completed their grade 12. Because ours is such a vast syllabus. I know one of our US friends who got CBSE maths textbooks for his kids to practice from grade 7 so that they will excel than their US counterparts as they complete the US equivalent of grade 12. Even students who go abroad for higher studies are exempt from maths class for the first 3 months. That's the advantage of CBSE syllabus. If only the way of teaching and conducting exams had changed.
