Looks like Padmavati is the usual historical period drama with flaws from SLB. 🄱

But for the sake of the losers who created so much of a ruckus over a work of fiction, I hope the movie does decently well.

And hope Karni Sena forms a political party like Shiv sena after so much negative publicity.

Dey - way to go ladyšŸ‘ Its not easy to fight any disorder especially when its genetical and hormonal.
Ecri -I am not sure if that works or not but there are few tips that is worth following. In the link i provided you the first week she tells us what to do naturally for all those who are having issues with sugar craving, PCOS and diabetes. Its worth a try. Then not using gadgets while we eat; simple life style changes that is manageable. The issue to being healthy is one should go for a life style change rather than short term diet plan (Unless its necessary due to any reason).
When you say you can not walk due to time constraints ever thought about waking up 30 mins earlier? I know I know we have a life but that is what will take us long. If you can not walk take stairs instead of elevator, park far from the office, mall etc., Instead of asking the help to open the door just do it your ownself; There are lots and lots of way to be active. Did you know even walking for 10 mins for 3 times a day instead of 30 helps? Try wearing fit bit and track your steps. Once you start walking then you will find its easy not to stop.

For food one needs to plan ahead. Which i think is difficult when you are travelling and working. I usually have all the healthy stuff right on table. Nuts, fruits, salad... So when i am hungry i don't look for junk. I even prepare big batch of soup on the weekends or when i have time. Planning is the key dear.

These days gadgets have done satyanash on sleep. So try to not touch any gadget before 30 min of sleep. Very difficult to do that. I read on reader and that is so hard to put a reader aside.

I see so many people giving up, many times withdrawing into a shell. Plus society attitude annoying nosy people all contribute to aggravating the emotional distress.

while i understand why you would want the movie to do well as an answer to those hooligans, i for one wouldnt mind it not doing well..
SLB makes a mess of historicals..i cringed at the portrayal of the titular characters in Bajirao Mastani..one was portrayed as a psycho stalker and other a fickle infidel..and the apparently epic lovestory felt like a cheap extramarital affair not to mention the overacting by Ranveer and the zoombiness by Deepika

even Padmavat feels like something he made while he was having his flight of fantasy
Khilji looks less of a cruel ruler and more like Khal Drogo redux

The political party formation very much possible but SLB stopping his creative ventures šŸ˜† hard luck!!

Dont get me started on the songs..as iconic as they may be, Paro dancing with courtesan Chandramukhi or Mastani and Kashibai dancing together iin the name of cinematic liberty is bard worthy

I read on reader and that is so hard to put a reader I know Bhavi it's biggest obstacle to a healthy life 😭 Ruchita advice of switching off gadgets I'm slowly getting there but I keep fidgeting!! Temptation I tell you.

The ten minutes thing is a good one never thought of it that way.

Ruchita advice is good she has busted a lot of the food fads one hears all around. Carbs the animosity towards ghee etc it was so nice to read someone talking about Indian food and how our diet is indeed healthy and superior to the western stuff that people keep running after!!

I remember Ashoka on colours šŸ˜• there was so much satyanash and less said about Ekta brand of historical šŸ˜†
