The issue to being healthy is one should go for a life style change rather than short term diet plan (Unless its necessary due to any reason).
When you say you can not walk due to time constraints ever thought about waking up 30 mins earlier? I know I know we have a life but that is what will take us long. If you can not walk take stairs instead of elevator, park far from the office, mall etc., Instead of asking the help to open the door just do it your ownself; There are lots and lots of way to be active. Did you know even walking for 10 mins for 3 times a day instead of 30 helps? Try wearing fit bit and track your steps. Once you start walking then you will find its easy not to stop.
For food one needs to plan ahead. Which i think is difficult when you are travelling and working. I usually have all the healthy stuff right on table. Nuts, fruits, salad... So when i am hungry i don't look for junk. I even prepare big batch of soup on the weekends or when i have time. Planning is the key dear.
These days gadgets have done satyanash on sleep. So try to not touch any gadget before 30 min of sleep. Very difficult to do that. I read on reader and that is so hard to put a reader aside.
