Shilpa doesn't need Sallu to fight her battles unlike Vikas.

She clearly said mene kis sense me bola me zaruri nahi samjhati inhe batana. That was like eff you if you want to believe others rather than confronting me. Sallu asked her to explain and that's why she did so. Otherwise she gives a rat ass and i love her for her i dont give a eff attitude.

So, in the same way, she can tackle Vikas herself and doesn't need Sallu to say anything.

I have never seen Shilpa talk about what hms have said to her rather she mentions how others have been wronged. She can also go Vikas's way and keep complaining to Sallu about the things thay have been said to her regarding everything. But, naaah! She is a lone wolf. She loves openly like she hates. Usee kisi ka dar nahi hai because darta wo hai jo galat hota hai.

When yesterday Vikas's said why are you alone etc and Shilpa retorted with Parth's name, Vikas's ki Hawaiiaa udd gai thi chehere ki as he himself accepted infornt of Arshi that he did react badly in public after the break up. And, since he had no comeback to her word, he started his Victimgana rant by calling her names and questioning her charachter.
