I think it would've given Malfoy a true chance of redemption in the character. I just don't know how but its BEAUTIFUL ❤️

Personally, I feel differently. Draco may have been a misunderstood character and it's sad that he had such a crappy family. But the fact also remains that he was a bully, a snob and an ass majority of the times. I liked his journey throughout HP6 and I love how JK wrote his character but pretty sure, even she'd disagree with the idea of Dramione. He wasn't evil, of course but he made such terrible choices at every given chance and opportunity that I genuinely think he didn't deserve someone like Hermione at all. Having said that, I get you. I mean, I don't diss any non canon ship of HP unless it's Snape-Hermione or Draco-Apple and ships as such. 😳

Don't get me started on Harry-Ginny. 😳 It took me YEARS to make peace with them because I loved HP/JK to be bitter about anything. But it was as if a fangirl got t get married to her crush. Aise toh main hi kar leti Harry se shaadi. 🤣 These romances/ships form a part of book/movie 6 that I didn't like AT ALL. There was absolutely NO development or progression for Harry-Ginny.

Harry-Hermione are GOALS though. ❤️

Also, I see where you're coming from but I'm speaking of a very iconic moment (in this place the films) but when he was asked to kill Dumbledore, he was filled with guilt. He knew it was wrong and wholeheartedly wished it to not happen, but he wasn't given the choice. Yet again, this applies to Snape as well. He has got to be the most amazing characters in the series but he was a jerk too and bullied Harry and was unjust but in some way, the backstory compensated and drew our sympathies.
