Ok essay alert. And keep in mind this is not me shoving my opinion down your throat. I have been recently told that I can come across as a bully at times😆 and this essay mentally makes me think yep it's true probably. But like I said this is my opinion,never really talked about HP cause never got any platform.
ETA that's why the idea of Scorpios Malfoy being friends with Potter family makes me so happy, that kid don't let his past define his future, filled with courage and potential and he's one intriguing character in next gen fics . Then probably James or Al himself
I never liked Draco cause I didn't like him thanks to Tom's awesome portrayal of him and that's why dramione didn't make any sense to me. I was thinking actually why I never liked this and started to type this. The best thing about a epic is you can interpret it in so many ways, and the way I see about HP is course and love. The courage starts from Marauders, think sirius who got sorted into Gryffindor despite his full family bring into Slytherin and that's how his life was different. He chose the side of good and he suffered a lot but yet he remained on good side and died fighting for it. Sirius is Stark contrast if Draco. Sirius was courageous while Draco was a coward till the end. We can argue Sirius was sorted that's how his part was different but there's this thing that the hat saw in him true potential to be a G and didn't in Draco cause he didn't possess any of the signs which G house require. He remained that coward till the end even when he had many chances throughout book to change himself. In the end he flee with his parents which is worst. So a coward throughout, the idea that someone like Hermione can settle for him is astounding. And whereas Ron and Ginny gets a lot of hate and I can see why. Between the chosen one and the brightest witch anyone pales to comparison. But this is same Ron who befriended the great Harry Potter first, let him in his house, made him part of family and was with him till the end, sure he left in mid but that was more like a jealousy than anything and he compensate for that. Ron could be sulking or not join the duo at all from book1, his entire life was shadowed by great brothers who did great things and Harry came, it was like the perfect opportunity that a great son will replace Ron in weaeely family and complete it. But he never let those feelings get to him. And Ginny, she grew from a fangirl mousy girl to this fearless badass who stood side by side of them and fought against DE in book 6, became head of DA in book7 and despite facing so many tourure never backed down. The true fearless and loyal people to Harry, they were best imo. It's no doubt that Hermione who always saw the best in people saw that in Ron and chose him and Harry Ginny chose each other.
