I don't believe in joint families where everyday there are differences and arguments. Nuclear families are better so that everyone remains happy. I've only seen one real joint-family where everyone in the family is so happy and sacrificing.

To forget your self respect for everyone's happiness is not worth as life is short and one doesn't get any happy moment if they keep living for others than their ownself.

I prefer nuclear families too and like you I know some people who live in joint families and they have issues..the only thing about joint families are during celebrations/festivals but one can invite family during that time and then send them back in nuclear families😆
