You are right T is looking great in Western attire. She looks very elegant.Difficult to connect with Anandi in Gagra Cholis.She looks less like an actress and more like a university student

Am holidaying now. Went for a lovely handicrafts and handloom exhibition organised by DWARCA a government of India initiative for development of rural women and children.

So many lovely things and clothes there.Felt like buying everything 😆

@SS show Artee I agree. Hope they stick to the concept and story and end it at the right time without bringing in illogical drama to increase the episodes.

Happy new year girls and I did see SS ke show ke promos😛 the white white kapde one was awesome - presentation wise😛 I agree with Ady - looks stylish and classy..

I dont mind RD-SS pairing, but I do think Jasmine looks fresh and gorgeous..

a powerful and strong movie, backed by absolutely great performances👏 courage, conviction, intensity, emotions - all there in right proportions <3

I dont know if I was the only one, but I cried along with Geeta too a couple of times..

I personally thought the first and second half, both were equally enthralling. I loved the bout by bout presentation. Even though the ending was obvious - it still had such strong grip! every one was sitting on the edge and clapping after every point scored.

Nitesh Tiwari is set to be the next Hirani IMO..

Coming over to the performances - Aamir Khan - Bow to thee - this man! the scene where he massages Geeta's leg softly while she is asleep and his expressions, the one where he is pleading the bosses of NSA to take her back, the phone call, the bout of father-daughter, the one where he gets Geeta's hair cut off, Shabbaash Mr Khan and thank god actors like you still exist! ------> I will never understand why bolly forum calls him overrated or the one who isnt a good actor (?????)😲😲 a good script can fall flat if the presentation and acting fails..

Sakshi conveyed beautifully through her eyes..the whole sequence where she is trying to reason it out with Mahavir over why girls should not become wrestlers, till he finally asks her for a year's time - was brilliant

The younger Geeta and Babita - these girls are stars - they were so natural and yet fierce and tough - great job👏👏👏 special mention to the scene where they start making excuses of behalf of each other to quit wrestling in front of their father - lol😆 their cute "I got your back" sister moments were love! reminded me a lot of my own bonding with my sibling..

Fatima and Sanya - these girls were AMAZI NG! Fatima excelled in her role - she had a full curve to aim for and boy did she nail it or what - her eyes are expressive and her body language - brilliant! I am not sure if she is meant for commercial random stuff, I really hope she gets a lot of opportunities in future in terms of quality cinema..she will do wonders..

Sanya - she was outstanding! her expressions in the scene where Mahavir and Geeta fight it out - were amazing..she conveyed her discontent and her realization of what Geeta had become through her eyes. even though she relegated in the background - she totally made her presence felt -

these two are real good!👏👏👏

Omkar - the younger and older one - haha!😆 the cutest character of the movie!😆

None of the actors looked like they were "playing" their parts, despite so many technical aspects attached - they all "were" the characters - that is exactly where the movie totally wins

PS - The last 5 pointer flip - the depiction of that - was it inspired from Sakshi Malick's five pointer in Olympics? (considering Geeta's final match in Commonwealth was nothing like that) She too had flipped it around in the last 10 seconds of her bronze medal match..

Vietnamese also seem to be fans of AnSh just like most BV fans in India.

Saw articles on reactions to T in Vietnam.

Lols they didn't expect Anandi to look so young and pretty in real life 😆

Looks like T's schedule packed with different kind of events and include events like distributing education materials to poor kids etc.Looks like her are meant to be an extension of Anandi's character

I hope we get to hear some news about her next project soon.

I love Siddharth Sengupta's work and would like to see him come back with a new project too.

Good to see a member of creative team from Indian Television on jury in a foreign country.

My girls are doing good, little one is low on immunity so is catching cold,cough and fever too often in the daycare...though i send her only for 3 days. hope so things get better when the sun starts shining...currently its too cold out here

watched Dangal last week...super duper amazing movie...loved every actor's performance...not one character is out of place and not one actor looks out of the character...would love to watch second time...

Watched Dangal.No words can express my feelings.Absolutely wonderful. ⭐️

Don't remember when I was transported to the world in which the story is taking place.

A good cinema is supposed to transport the viewer to the character's/characters' world and that's what this movie does.

Aamir Khan and team were superb👏

Hi all me is back from my holiday and my routine started😆

Decided to make myself more fit from this year on.Hopefully I stick to my resolution😛

Watching Mehek and JNDSD as of now. But not as regulalrly as I used to watch BV though.

Mehek is a bit interesting because the girl has some aspirations to turn her hobby/passion into a tool for her career and the guy is in the same business. The lead pair look good but performances wise they have a long way to go though.Entertaining to watch even if it is not engrossing.

JNDSD - WRITING SUCKS BIG TIME !!! Performances from that Vikram Smita and other few actors playing the roles of mothers the other two leads keep it going.

Till I watched this show never thought Smita Bansal could carry off grey shades since she looks so angelic and seemed so right for the part of Sumi in BV. Now looking at her it is so difficult to believe that she was the face of angelic Sumi😆

Heard that Sid's show will be taking over BB slot.Too late in the day for me. Hope they have a repeat telecast at a timing more convenient for me since I hit the sac by 9pm. Sincerly hope that they handle the subject well without spreading misconceptions about surrogacy.

Surrogacy is a subject of great interest in the current scenario where fertility issues are on the rise and commercial surrogacy is banned in our country.I hope all these things will be taken into account.

T's Vietnam trip seems to have been good for her.She looked gorgeous in all her outings there be it in casual wear, ethnic outfits or her appearance at the awards night where she truly looked like a Diva.Two Siddharths looked good too.😊

Looked like SS has indeed put on some weight but definitely not looking round bellied or double chinned though😛😆 If he is playing the role of a happily married successful businessman he needs to look the part😉😆

I am back to reading though. This time I am re reading the book Pillars of the earth.It is celebrating silver jubilee.The book had been made into a TV series which got nominations for golden globe and Emmy awards and won a few too.

I just can't help wishing that some good team from India adapt this story for a show on Indian Television.It has all the family drama romance content how an individual's dreams and aspirations can get affected by the turbulence in politics and society and how it can alter inter personal relationships.

Smita's character has turned gray!! that's interesting.. early on when I used to watch the show, the character was innocent - bhola-bhala type.. will try to catch up a few epis...

TR and her Vietnam trip - what a revelation!! She was looking so classy and elegant 👏⭐️ I really want her to come in a good show with a strong author backed role!!
