Sid's new show - time slot is very late😕

Probably because of the subject and content they may have decided to air on a late night slot.

I really hope that they stick to the subject and don't drag it beyond a certain point.

Between JNDSD and Mehek I prefer the ML in JNDSD and content in Mehek.But both while interesting to watch I don't feel compelled to catch up on episodes that I have missed. I like it that way.

BV - I never missed an episode till Anandi was around.If I missed it at 8PM I would rush to catch it online😆

Hopefully will never get addicted to any show like that.Don't want to invest any emotions in any character either.

My love for BV made me watch JNDSD but now I find other reasons for watching that show.

All thanks to Anandi and Shiv I have soft corner for Sid and T so will definitely watch their shows for them and I would always wish them well and want their shows to do well.😊

Saw promos of an upcoming show on Life OK. Ghulam.Promos are quite intriguing.I think it is worth giving a try. Starts on 16 th Jan 9PM.

Saw the fourteen final contestants of Indian Idol.I already have my favourite there😆

I saw broadway style musical of Mughal e azam - the most amazing live stage performance I have seen in a while!👏👏👏 Sonal Jha - who played Shiv's mom - was Jodha in it..brilliant act..!

Anarkali sang all the songs live..and danced along in kathak too! I was mind boggled with the way it was technically sound and absolutely world class in execution..!👏 plain fantastic!

this is a super hit in Mumbai - infact shows were extended and stuff 👏👏👏

SS looks like he is out of touch from acting..he seems so lost honestly in the new promo..like he has forgotten how to look at the camera😕 and he still needs to knock off those extra kilos..he looks too chubby..needs to go back to Shiv's entry wale days wala look..with cute fringes and all..makes me look a little younger..

I heard that Sonal Jha is from theater.She is a brilliant actress no doubt about that.

That reminds me of BV and it's ensemble. Each one of those actors playing senior characters/supporting roles were a pillar each.Those actors were one of the big reason why the show ran for eight years. After watching those powerful performances from these actors I am totally spoilt😆

Hope SS got a good director who can exploit his strengths and cover up his weak points.

Unfortunately directors in TV industry don't have much say. Only the likes of PY and SidSenGupta have a say I guess.

I am so glad that Indian Idol is back😃

KJo's memoirs are definitely worth the read.I basically wanted to know what really went into making of KJo.I guess as long as his PH has a good success rate everything will be fine.

Historical dramas is one genre that Indians do not know how to handle.

They make fiction out of the lives of historical figures.They put historical figures in fictional situations and thus converting the people who really existed at one point in time into fictional characters🤢

In the west they are totally opposite.They take an era from the pages of history as the backdrop and put a story and fictional characters in that era and bring the era live in front our eyes and make us believe those fictional characters existed for real.

The main difference is the background research those people do and their devotion to the subject they are handling.

Hi!

Watched 10 minutes of Ghulam yesterday. Was too violent for me as a starting episode. Could not digest a forced marriage and the UP goonda type atmosphere.

But was well shot.

Will stick to Mehak for now 😃. In any case it has decent dialogues and is easy on the brain, eyes and ears. Hero is good. Wish the lady improved on her dialogue delivery. She sounds kiddish most of the time.😛

I'm yet to catch up with Ghulam.

Slept off very early😆

Nowadays I wake up at 4am and go for a walk between 4:40am till 5:15/5:30 am so am unable to keep my eyes open in the evenings.

Missed Mehek episodes too.

Hopefully I get my system to accept this extra exercise soon so that I can stay up till at least 9/9:30pm😛
