I love Sara Ali Khan..she is articulate, sensible and mature..unlike some juvenile and airheaded actresses..looking forward to seeing more of her..

Also I quite like Jahnvi too..she has this really naive and sweet personality..and I believe she will also be a lambi race ka ghoda..I like her eyes..very expressive..though Sara pipped her in appreciation this year..I feel these two are going to be the talents to watch out for..

Comparatively cant like the next set of star kids getting launched - Ananya P, Shanaya, Suhana etc..all look dumb and total wannabes to me🤢

House of cards - reached S3..but havent managed to do a marathon run..slowed down considerably on catching up on it...but sofar, brilliantly crafted..and so real that its gut wrenching

Might start Mrs Marvellous Maisel next..the lead actress played a pivotal but supporting role in House of cards..and she was very promising in that one too

Happy New Year 🤗 Wish you all a wonderful year ahead.

I saw this new Web Series called Selection Day on Netflix. It is supposed to be based on a novel by Adiga, seems interesting. Will probably watch it.

I watched the movie Karwaan, it was pretty good. Irfan ofcourse was good as usual, the other 2 actors were good also.

Am watching KWK pretty diligently this season 😛as it is available on DM😆. AK's children episode was just blah 🥱 Poor HArsh he hardly go to speak, the other two Sonam and Rhea were talking non-stop 😆 what is with Sonam, she just feels so fake and KJo rightly said Sonam is in her La-La land always 🥱

BB team pretty much very giggling the whole episode especially Prabhas 😆

Hello lovely gals...how r u all...after a long long time...i do sometimes peep in to read the posts, but didnt really post one 😳 miss all the fun and banter we used to have on IF ...

i am totally off TV ...only follow GOT - cause i liked it and Homeland - cause i am just watching it since start so feel like going thru the next season.

with girls growing up...have string of movies that i need to catchup, but by the time they are asleep we are as well...😆

Hope you all are doing well.

Am off TV completely.Now with the new Tariff system coming into place I have taken off the entire Hindi language section off my list. I am subscribed to oly English news GEC and movie channels along with Telugu channels.I kept Telugu on because that's the only way I can keep in touch with my native place and my mother tongue.

Since I am off TV totally even my visits to IF have become infrequent.

Finally I got on to Game of thrones😛 For a long time I didn't want to watch it because fantasy/horror is not my cup of tea. Then I read a lot of stuff comparing this show to another show called Outlander that I watch so I decided to check in on GoT. Now I'm hooked to stories of The Starks of Winterfell from GoT😆

Wish they had cut down some of the violence and nudity though.A little less of that wouldn't have done any damage to the show which rides on great writing production values and performances.

I liked the TV series so much that I started reading the book series too.

Other than that I am busy with experiments in kitchen trying to come up with low carb and low fat😛 recipes and on work front busy with shuttling between two hospitals the second hospital is the branch of the first one.

Unfortunately all this leaves me very little time for our CC here.

One more thing. When I was holidaying during Christmas time I caught a bit of our all time favourite show BV on Rishte channel. My SIL and her kids watch it.That re ignited my desire to watch the show all over again especially now that it's airing the Most beautiful part of Anandi's life. So rishte is the only Hindi channel I subscribe all thanks to Anandi and Shiv.

Even after this long period of time elapsed Anandi and Shiv magic remains same. The appeal that these two characters and their beautiful story has on me never fades.

BV does stand among the best shows from across the world.While the rest of the shows are seasonal and aired once a week which means they get a lot more time to get things right this one was a daily soap that ran continuously for eight years and that is a big achievement in itself. Hats off to the makers and writers of BV.
