So now that the BV men have had their stint, it is now the turn of the BV ladies.

Aasiya and Toral will both be on the TV screens in a few months I think. Aasiya's show was announced long back. And read that Toral has been signed up to for a show on Sai Baba.

From what I read in one article, it is a Sunday morning show. Not sure how far it is true. The lady seems to be a very important character in Sai's life even before he became Sai. So I guess it makes her a "female lead" with no romantic angle 😆. Must have been a major consideration in her decision given the kind of content currently on TV.

Currently hooked on to the Zee Studio English shows. The Catch, War and Peace, SS-GB, Maigret, Criminal Minds. Recorded many of them, yet to watch 😃.

Running 3 episodes behind on Piya Albela. Still my go to serial.

Artee Even I read about this show.

I had to google about Saibaba of Shirdi after reading this piece of news since I don't know ABCs about this person from history.

Looks like the character played a very important role in his life.

Like you said her character is the female lead with no romantic angle.😆

But I guess this is the best given the content that is airing on TV these days.

I am waicting for Aasiya's show though.The story is somewhat similar to Brad Pitt Dustin Hoffman Robert De Niro's movie *Sleepers*

It's been ages since I tuned into any Hindi GEC. After a long while I watched ZKM.

Am still not over Bahubali mania😛😆

BB makers seem to know how to milk that craze.They are still in the process of releasing the movie songs.

Last week they released that song which had montages of Amarendra and Devasena's married life❤️

Also have been reading a lot these days.Both work related stuff as well as some general fiction and non fiction stuff.

I am reading one Telugu book from a famous Telugu novelist whose books have been turned into many successful films.

This current story I am reading is about two brothers one legitimate and another illegitimate both of course falling for the same girl.The drama between the three characters is so intense and the writer managed to create so much tension between the characters without turning any of the characters negative and still managed to make the third wheel very relevant to the story.Wish these Hindi fiction show makers turn around and search for good stuff from other languages and convert them into TV shows.

Finally I watched Rudramadevi on Netflix. Wish they had Telugu original version on netflix though.

Amazon Prime also has some stuff which I am intersted in watching.

Amazon Prime is my fav too. Criminal mind is one hell of serial ...

after 6 months my most channel is back Living foodz 🥳 i love this ...😆 Hindi serial world is just its just makes you feel either angry with their idiotic tracks or pure dumbo 🤪

anyways lately i saw lots of Marathi movies... Hindi movies and serials both needs some break ...its too boring 😳

regional movies are far more better with content and story and execution and acting too all departments much ahead and progressive

Watched MOM the other day. Wish I had not gone.

Seemed to be a remake of Kaabil (Hritik Roshan and Yami Gautam), with the female taking revenge this time round. And it was so predictable.

Everybody knows Sridevi is a good actress. So no point watching it just for her.

Looks like Aasiya's serial is shelved. Well, all for the best. 😊

Need to check out Amazon Prime. Haven't delved in that territory.

Good to know Living Foodz is back.

I am staying away from food channels since I am on a low carb diet these days😆

Artee I was planning on watching Mom after seeing the trailer but the reviews put me off.I'll wait for it to air on TV. Sridevi looked mind blowing in those promos though.

Even I read the news about Aasiya's show being shelved at some other site. What a shame! I was looking forward to watching this show. Hope to see her in some other show soon.

I think Life Ok's gamble didn't pay off.

Hi all 😊

Still watching ZKM on and off.Saw yesterday's episode BTW .Mahek and Shaurya burnt up the screen

Story may be all over the place but they are standing up against two big star studded shows . Good for them .

I also watch a few episodes of TV biwi aur mein every now and then .Hilarious scenes to lighten up the moods

Finally caught the animation series based on Bahubali characters . Characters are well developed and they give a good insight into Bhallu's character and the things that shaped his character which we saw in the movie .

While surfing net I came across an episodic featuring the story of a couple who opt for a kid through surrogacy and how the mother of the girl agrees to be a surrogate mother for her daughter's child.It's a very short but heart touching story based on a real life incident.

How I wish TV channels bring back the short story format

A huge drug scandal is shaking up Telugu film industry right now . Can't believe that these peddlers sold drugs to school kids 🤢

Started watching revamped Life OK channel😛😆

Star Bharat has some promising stuff.

Nimki Mukhiya is very appealing.Nimki is no conventional FL the types of which litter the channels across the languages😆

She is bold, out spoken, flashy colourful and a product of the society she lives in.

She cheats in exams like everyone in her college does and is helped in it by her father

She wants the village hunk to become Mukhiya so that she can see him every day😛

If the character remains this way the show will do well.She is witty too.

Writing is great too.On the surface it is looks like a comedy but all the same it brings out the evils of the society so well which make us feel depressed.Especially the opening scene which is the final examination scene where every one is cheating with the help of their parents and the college administration.The scene is funny but at the same time it makes us realise how low the moral standards have dropped.

Performances are top notch.

After a long long time we have a TV show where the FL steals every scene in which she appears.⭐️

Saw the first week TRPs - this show has come up as the channel topper

Saw the show that follows Nimki too. That too is a political drama with a male as central protagonist.I have never seen this guy before but he is a fantastic actor.Even this one the settings and characterisations of most of the characters are very interesting.

Finally managed to watch a Telugu movie which made all the Telugu people go *Fidaa*

Don't know if you guys heard about this film.

I am watching three shows currently -

1) Yeh Unn dino ki baat hai - beautiful start - reminded me of those shows which are simple and sweet to watch..nothing too heavy duty and high on nostalgia and cute memories of 90s..performances sofar are fresh

2) KBC - for GK and BigB's hindi😆

3) Rishton ka Chakravyuh - just started - looks very promising and intriguing. lets see how it goes.

Bahubali 2 has scarred a lot of movies for me😕 BW needs to get better I swear..for me to get out of BB2 craze.

that said - Bareilly ki Barfi was a delightful movie, Baadshaho a fun action thriller, Hindi Medium was fabulous and hilarious

disappointing ones - Jagga Jasoos🥱, Shubh Mangal Savdhan🤢

Mom had stellar performances, Sajjal Ali in particular was very powerful <3

Pak dramas - watching Yeh Yakeen Ka safar hai..quite a show, beautiful and soulful chemistry, intense storyline, realistic scenes..doctor lovestory

I think Bollywood is going through a bad phase. Sridevi is an awesome actress and I think Mom was just a show case to her talent and didn't have much else to offer other than the performances.

Telugu film industry is seeing better days now.

Rana came up with a great performance in his latest release after BB2. It is first hit since his debut film Leader.

Some of the recent big hits in Telugu were made on shoe string budget but with high values and people are just loving them for the content and performances.

I think BW needs to put money on good technicians and writers instead of paying so much to stars.
