Rani Padmavati -- am so skeptical when BW handles history- especially this one being woven around a controversial subject..

hope SLB does not whitewash history or Khilji's character 😡😡😡 and narrates the story as is..

I don't like the way our guys make historical dramas be it in any language. 🥱

Once they are done with the drama all the persons/characters who really lived start seeming like fictional characters created by these film/serial makers😛

Saw the buzz article about season 2 of Naa Aana is desh laado.Looks like Colors channel is going through creative bankruptcy.🤢

Saw Toral's show.It is better than what I thought a show of this genre would be.

Like the way they are highlighting the society and the issues that mattered to the people who lived in those times and trying to tell the life story from that perspective.

Returned after 2 hectic days of Garba hopping in Vadodara. 😃 Was fun meeting old friends and classmates.

I too read about the "Laado" show from Colors. Couldn't understand the reason for rehashing old plots. True creative bankruptcy. And I am sure there must be so many fresh stories around somewhere. 🥱

Finally managed to catch a couple episodes of Toral's show. The sets are good and the presentation feels fresh. Setting is in the late 1800s I think. Appears to be focusing on empowering people in an opressed society. Good strong role. As I had once said "Female lead without a romantic pairing". Am liking it ⭐️

Yesterday I tuned into Rangeela channel after I don't know how many months cos I wanted to watch BB opening episode😆

Found a promo of a show that is airing on Colors called Tu aashiqui. Don't know much about the story but I saw one of my all time favourites Rahil Azam in that show. Planning on watching a few episodes of that show just for him😳😆

Artee - even I am liking T's new show which is detailing the oppressive conditions faced by the people those times. I think it is around that time the first struggle for independence Sepoy's mutiny happened.

I really hope they provide detail account of those times ad the lives of common people from those times.Liking T's role too. A strong woman standing up for herself and her beliefs ⭐️

I thought I'd give this show a try just to see how T's comeback is going to be but didn't expect this show to grab my interest the way it is doing.

Other than all this I'm complexly sold on Star Bharat shows Nimki and Saam Daam.Really great writing and performances by the leads and supporting cast of these shows⭐️

Watched a few episodes of the show Tu Aashiqui on Voot.

Rahil Azam is rocking in a negative role this time. His character reminded me of Rana's Bhallaladeva😆

Only difference is that this TV Bhallaladeva and Mahendra Bahubali want the same girl😛

Rahil Azam's character is such a creep.I am amazed at the way he slips from negative to positive characters with such ease.

He was so adorable as Kesar's Laka/Vasant and he disgusts you with his creepy behaviour towards the FL in this show.

Hats off to him.

Another thing about him is that he is only 36 and yet doesn't shy away from playing male lead's uncle👏He definitely is not one of those handsome hunks who just prefer to appease their female pankhidom and refuse to come out of that image despite their advancing age😆

Gauri Pradhan Tejwani is another surprise packet in this show. She looks like a witch and acts like one in this show. Never thought such haughty beautiful and graceful looking Gauri could pull off such a role👏

Writing isn't that great and so is the male lead.

Rahil Gauri and Jannat with their performances are driving this show currently.

What's happening with Mahek? I thought it's curtains down for the show because there was just only one track running for more than 2 months😆

Don't know if I want to watch it or not post one year leap.

Why do I get the feeling that the show got an extension and that's why leap entered the picture?😛😆

Nice to see a male protagonist on Indian Television for a change.😃

Am trying to make time to watch Chakravyuh have not been able to do so.

I actually really like how they have kept it very organic sofar..I think the kids are raw and thats what helps them in pulling off a good performance..because they have to act as natural as possible..

overall I love the direction and song selection from 80s-90s tjhat play in that show- 😳

IKR..im not enjoying the new voice over

Appy I was quite grossed out with Jannat playing this role..she is too small I think to start playing a full blown adult romantic interest in a show..or atleast looks very small right now

IKR..Rahil❤️ he is a brilliant actor..aah Gauri, Rahil - such good actors..but dont want to watch it..because of the storyline - its wayy too bold and rather

totally random, but I am watching Sajan re jhoot mat bolo - because Hussein is there right now..and OMG its such a crazy show🤣 I love it..good comedy show after long and I dont expect anything good from SAB..but this one is quite an exception..love the situational comedy and Rakhee Tandon is crazy crazyyy in this one🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 every time she comes on screen..I cant stop 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@red I completely agree with you Halwa.

Wish they would change the leads both Jannat and that boy.

Jannat looks too young though she is good that boy is not upto the mark and consequently the love story of young lovers is getting submerged by the characters played by Gauri and Rahil.

Can't understand why Rangeela was so insistent on Jannat playing that role.The role definitely demanded a very young girl.But they could have gotten someone who is over 18.

Nimki reminds me of BV when it comes to writing and tackling socially relevant issues.It is kind of a dark story laced with humour.It's worth a try.

I caught a few scenes of that Hussain's show way back when I used to watch TV Beevi aur Mein.

I agree it is hilarious.😆
