Lol. Gurmeet has gorgeous fingers & I used to like his jaw & his chemistry with DD. I got over him real quick, of course. His dialogue delivery is LOL stuff.

I am more concerned if the reporter got any brickbats. U saw anything on twitter? Im avoiding all IPK stuff on twitter so i dont know..

Hahaha i liked this one song. Woh Hein Zara Khafa Khafa and some of their mahi dances.. Otherwise Geet was pretty short lived

DMG is not a first gen Star One show. I am talking about shows that came way back in 2006-ish. There was Hotel Kingston, Remix, Dil Chahta Hai, Special Squad, Sidhanth, DON-Detective Omkar Nath. There came some shows later, which were adorable too. Yeh Dil Mange More, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai. I haven't watched all episodes of the shows above. But I watcher them all on & off & they were brilliant.

Sarabhai vs Sarabhai is one that I have watched completely. 60 episodes. Best Indian sitcom ever! This one is available on Hotstar. The others are not.

And, I had watched the first few months of this Ekta show on Star One with Sanjeeda & Eijaz Khan-Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka. It was wonderful for those few months after which it became a typical Ekta show.

P.S: I swear, I didn't watch as much tv as this might indicate. I just caught random episodes on weekends. Except DMG & IPK & I have only watched a few American shows & Sherlock, religiously.

I don't know. I only followed a few Sobti related handles yesterday for Turkey trip updates. Otherwise, no IPK stuff for me on Twitter, either.

Which song? Are you talking about the Maan-Geet equivalent of ArHi's Teri Meri? That Kurbaan Hua song where she is in silvery white & he is in black? They were smoking hot in it, if I were to be honest. The show had some good scenes & also a very sensible handling of the plot until it just became shitty. That happened around the time they decided to kill try to kill the child for the drama. The whole story was supposed to be about Geet fighting the society as she came outside a sham marriage & became a single mother. But, they just became desperate for ratings or something & killed the plot.

star one was the only channel which did not run after TRPs... there were some good shows as fer I have watched... even DMG though I wasnt a fan of it was far far far better than so many shows... then MJHT... Arjun and Rati as Mayank and Nupur were very good.. I watched till they had introduced a new set of leads which of course did not work and they had to bring Rati back. I even drooled over Arjun Bijlani.. god knows what I was thinking... the guy is a limited actor.. though as Mayank I loved him lol
Pyar Ye Ek Kahani... VD was as pathetic as he is now... *oops sorry VD fans* lol

Arti Gupta is the SBS reporter who had said about the Sarun show... I dont think she was lying... what I think is that she got over excited and said it.. Sarun getting offered a show and the show actually happening has a big difference. It might be that they got offered but hasnt really thought about or accepted it yet.

she should have got bashed for giving a misleading news...:||

that was the only epi I had watched... but later on after IPK ended I had watched a few epis here and there and I must say I coukd never think the guy doing Shravan actually did ASR lol
he grew as an actor by leaps and bounds

I don't think VD is bad. Heck, I actually thought he was quite good as Rishabh Kundra in Madhubala. I have only watched a few episodes of that. But the one-liners that RK got & the way VD delivered them in that droll, deadpan manner was LOL stuff. And, I liked him with Sukriti in PKYEK.

I don't know. Is it possible that Sobti was in talks for two shows? The woman did say, Sobti was on board. So, was he planning to do two shows, both of which would go on floors in March? And, they have a lot of loopholes in their reporting from the beginning, through the whole IPK2 table turning, & then, to this new show business. There was no consistency.

Anyway, I hope the interviews in Turkey will reveal some of Sobti's plans that have fallen in place, like the show, & if there is something else in the pipeline.

Has anyone seen the pictures of the two actors who dub for Arnav & Khushi in Turkish? They are such pretty looking people. The woman is better looking than the man in the pic I have seen, but the man's voice is better suited to Arnav than the woman's voice is to Khushi. Apparently, they will be joining him for one of the interviews in Turkey, as per some source.
