Make sure to take your kids to the Museum of Natural History. And they might like Ripley's Believe it or not (if you haven't already been to one in another country). And then there's the Bronx Zoo. Empire State is good, but queues might be horrible at Spring Break. Do Top of the Rock as well, you get a great view of the Chrysler Building and Empire State. And if the weather's not to bad, go to Coney Island.
