Drinking water an hour before food also helps with digestion better..you get less bloatedness...

It's just I have a lot of lending work to finish off..so stay up late nights to get it done..also at the same time chat here with you guys too..work on laptop,chat on iPad 😆

khabi khabi itna work hota hai ki pata nahi chalta kaha se shuru kare..

Sai Dnt get so stressed out about weight..eat in small portions at regular intervals instead of having one big meal at a sitting...women of all shapes and sizes are beautiful...Dnt beat yourself up about it so much!
