Ammu, I have no time to make rotis everyday. Also the rotis I make don't come out well.
so sometimes I cook brown rice and sometimes white rice.

even if I exercise, it is hard to lose weight. I have to cut down on eating junk.

try small portions--drinl lots of water

It is really hard. so much time spent in exercise. after all the effort, maybe 1 or 2 pound difference after 2 weeks.
office main snacks free hai. I eat so many snacks.
i have to stop eating.

Bastamati's the best..lowest in fat compared to other rice..

I sometimes cook basmathi rice also.

abhi se, jaisa ammu kherahithi, eat small portions and drink lots of water...
That is what I will try.

30 mins before meal drink water--that way also u will feel full n eat less food..😆

haan v also cook basmati rice only
