Hi Sai 🤗 I just came on now and will be off again, but had to quote you on this post...

Losing weight slowly is actually very good 😊 it stays off... if you start trying to lose weight quickly it wont stay of and will creep back on...

Just chill na and eat healthy cut out refined sugar from your diet and you will see a huge difference.

Drinking plenty of water it fills your stomach up. Drink an extra class of water with your meals. Plus through out the day 😛

Losing weight is a tough job but if you enjoy the process it gets easier. Eat what you want to for your meal but try smaller portions !!! If you start giving up on stuff then the more you will crave it and end up ruining the healthy diet.

Good luck with your weight loss journey and dont forget its not all about the size thats important but more about being healthy 😛
