Good Morning.
Had a hectic last week. How's everyone?Summer has just begun, and I'm already waiting for it to end.Drought Drought everywhere points to a very trying summer ahead. All's well Fleury.Namsyy - 5th season of GOT is the most Stark centric season. Jon is a natural leader. Looks like he was born for the Night Commanders's black outfit. Both Arya and Sansa rejected Brennie's help and are now stranded at queer places. Sansa going to be married to that pervert Ramsay - eeeksss, Joffrey shines in comparison with Ramsay. That black/white place where Arya is struck in, with dead bodies, looks eerie. Liking the prominence given to Podrick and Samwell - two very endearing characters. Not brave, not dramatic, sweet, innocent and quite likeable.I was glad to see Jaquen Haghar - he was the coolest fighter in the entire list of GOT characters. But this season he is serious and boring. Love his conversation style though - The girl wants this/ that ...Tyrion's journey with jorah, the lost cities they are travelling through are interesting. Both Jaquen and Tyrion have been disappointing this season. But Jon more than makes up for all of them.
Good luck getting to sleep tonight. The White Walkers, characters who have been lurking coldly on the fringes of Game of Thrones ever since the first season like an ominous January cloud formation, were this week key players in a spine-chilling horror masterpiece. Daringly, they attempted to outdo the entire zombie thriller film movement in one epic 20-minute TV sequence. And they might just have managed it.
thank god i managed to resume TV and exactly saw this battle uninterrupted standing like a zombie ! what a battle ...it keeps getting better ...thankfully i slept with no nightmares
This episode's bloodcurdling final act took its time coming, though, in a season that has tended towards too much talking and not enough action. This week we sat through more details of Arya's relatively directionless Braavos internship in the hands of the Many-Faced God, without immediately obvious results, and Daenerys's long-awaited meeting with Tyrion was more muted than expected.
Cersei's continued incarceration remained a source of delight. Refusing to confess to her many sins, she was now so dehydrated that she was forced to lick water from the stone floor to moisten her tongue. And then there was Theon's pivotal revelation to Sansa that her youngest brothers are alive after all. Surely now everyone has the information they need to start getting some overdue killings, escapes and hostile takeovers ticked off their to-do lists next week
missed the sansa portion yesterday...so she knows and lets see if she can come out of that hell
But sneaking in before the traditional penultimate-episode battle slot, this week Jon Snow led a Night's Watch crew to gather more wildling support in the fight against the White Walkers, only to be greeted by an undead ambush just as the crows were winning the wildlings' trust.
And as the soaring orchestral score slowed and quietened to a deadly hush, Jon Snow coming inches from death at the terrifying hands of his frosty supernatural enemy, everything focused into almost-silence, before a burst of single combat hastened a heart-quickening ringing in the ears. The only glimmer of hope was Jon's sword, made from Valyrian steel, which can apparently shatter the White Walkers into deafeated fragments.
his sword ! he will die but theories are on that he will rise again although HBO confirmed that he is dead in the season 6 first episode ...😭 He cannot die ..he is the Jon Snow
This was virtuoso work from episode director Miguel Sapochnik, who cut the action off at its climax. We were left with thousands of undead slowly rising to face us, a horde of flesh-eating, ever-multiplying hunter corpses poised in a silent challenge to all of Westerosi humanity. Jon Snow was steeped in sinking dread, adrift and utterly powerless. The Wall isn't going to know what's hit it.
So far, the Night's Watch have only known about the potential of Dragonglass to defeat the White Walkers, but Jon Snow's sword seemed to be pretty handy in the battle too. It's made from Valyrian steel, and was given to him by Jeor Mormont. ( this is important info (Great news, except that the secrets to forging Valerian steel have been lost to time, and there are only a few swords made with it left in existence. Brienne also has one, as does King Tommen. Time to gather them up?
tommem ?how come he has ? Brienne ...where is she roaming now?

Hi all.
Gitey, I loved the last epi of Quantico esp because I had no expectations from it after missing the last two epis and disliking the last epi I saw. Thanks to your update. Everything seemed in place, even the past training and the new trainees. Nothing seemed irrelevant or out of place or unnecessary. The end of every epi still brings a bit of suspense.
I went for my school reunion yesterday 😃. Felt awesome reliving all those memories. The march past, the assembly, the parents day, the teachers, the PT, the mischief, the drawing class, the science journals, the math sums, the chemistry equations, the lab experiments, sharing dabbas, cracking jokes, the sports day... it all came back to me. My drawing teacher recognised me. Towards the end we sang the school anthem. Those were the best days of my life *singing like Bryan Adams*.
of yesterday episode Hardhome
gee
Namsyyy wattan episode, I can say this like a thousand times.

like a Zombie, same pinch, me too. I sat rooted even after the ending credits played out. It was only when Jimmy Kimmel came, that I realised the epi had ended. if not for the last battle, I would've said you missed a lot - Arya getting ready for revenge, Sansa realising she needs to take revenge, Momma Dragon and Tryion strategising the past and future, and the best of all - Karma biting Cersei.
But then came the white walkers and Jon and wilding and everything else faded into background. We're past nightmares i think. Qh paved the way and GOT has cemented us. murders, Ghost, giants, wilding, white walkers- nothing can scare us
missed the sansa portion yesterday
Sansa comes to know that her brothers are not dead. She tries to turn Reek into Theon Greyly.
She knows that her step brother has become the night commander. She knows what is Baelish's plan. She knows Winterfell like no one else can. She knows there is someone out there waiting to help her. She knows the entire North stands behind the Starks. She knows Ramsay is insecure of his new Mother's yet to be born baby. She Knows and knows and knows. Its time for Sansa to come into action and take centerstage.
his sword !
His sword is the sword. Ok, so Jorah's father gave him that sword. Bennie has one, Jon has one and Tommen another one. tome must have got it from his brother Joffrey, who was given the smaller sword by Tywin - the 2 swords forged from Ned Starks' single sword.
This was virtuoso work from episode director Miguel Sapochnik, who cut the action off at its climax.Hats off to the director and the entire team.
Well, the audience certainly didn't know what hit them.
It's made from Valyrian steel, and was given to him by Jeor Mormont. ( this is important info
tommem ?how come he has ?
Explained above. Bennies is waiting outside Winterfell to help Sansa. She had gotten a message to Sansa to light a candle on the abandoned castle window (From where Bran fell) to call for help. Btw, there has been no Bran this season?

You are a dear. 😊

comments in blue. Agree with Nams, Anu don't miss this one. There;s a lot of violence and nudity (thankfully Star World shows a very Pavitra GOT), but the story grips you, like a python grips it prey, slowly but surely. (Ok that was a poor analogy, but you get the idea). Brilliant story telling coupled with great characters. And as the name suggests, it is a game of thrones. You cant even hate the antognists, for the strength of their characters. Everyone has some strength and some weakness, which the screenplay highlights and actors portray.
