This is all part and parcel with the R+L=J theory. That posits that Rhaegar Targeryen (Dany's older brother) and Lyanna Stark eloped and had a baby we now know as Jon Snow, protected by Ned Stark from a jealous and wrathful Robert Baratheon by masquerading him as Ned's bas***d rather than a potential heir to Rhaegar. This would mean that Dany, Jon, and Tyrion all share Targeryen lineage, and could each potentially ride a dragon in the final battle against the Ice./End Book Spoilers

The S5 finale was a whopper. Loose ends neatly tied up, and stage set for future loose ends.
Jon Snow - Come back, soon, sooner and soonest. During the White walkers attack at the Hardhome, Jon and the Knight King had a prolonged eye lock. There must be some significance to it. Everyone is hoping Melisandre will bring him back, but I don't think so. I have a feeling the Knight King will bring him back by mistake, trying to make a white walker out of him. The White walkers seem invincible, they have a huge army, they cannot die since they are already dead, with every attack, their army increases in size. There has to be someone to stop them. Wildings cannot, Snow couldn't and there just isn't enough Valyrian steel. So keeping fingers crossed for the king of White Walkers to do the honours.
Sansa - pushed to the edge of her sufferings, and she jumped off the edge with Theon, what a way to keep her fate in hanging, literally.
Arya - I was rooting for Arya to become a badass, but when she turned one, I wanted the lil girl arya back- not this cold blooded assassin. She has gotten blind with revenge, and then her becoming blind - Hope, she forgets revenge and goes to meet Jon, after all according to her he is the only surviving family left . And Jon-Arya shared a very special relationship.
Ramsay - Howmuch ever a sadist he may be, but have to give it to the jerk - he is brave. He single handedly defeated Stannis and his army. Wonder what he does when he finds his love dead and wife on the run, and his reek escaped. And let his new mother give birth to a boy. Evil will get redefined.
Stannis - Got a easy death, seemed almost honourable coming from Breinne. Hope he burns in hell or whatever is the Westeros equivalent for what he did to Shireen.
Cersei - Trust the makers to make you feel for antagonists in equal measure. A walk of shame for incest with cousin - What will be her punishment for her real crime? I want her to get her revenge from the faith militants. All he actions till date stem from insecurity and fear. The more she fears her prophecy to come true, the more crueler she gets. Her treatment of Tyrion, Sansa or the Starks were unwarranted, But this time, her revenge is justified. Cersei and Lancel both were equal partners in crime, yet only she gets punished. And now Jamie is returning with her dead daughter. Hell hath no fury like a woman, who's lost her everything. Go Queen, go get your revenge.
Jamie - Back during the first season, he had a dialog, after he learns that Bran has survived, but a cripple "Give me a clean death any day, to being a cripple." He lost his hand, his son, and now his daughter and his love/sister suffering. Karma seems to be only biting the Lannisters for what they have done. Tywin killed, Cersei shames, Jamie crippled, Tyrion (if he is one of them) on the run. Starks seem to be more comfortably placed than the Lannisters for the first time. Except for Robb, all the Stark kids are alive and learning to fight back, The North rallies behind the Starks, Jon is the Night's Commander (if he can come back).
Phew, that was long one. I'm trying to avoid the episode reviews for s6 1st episode. Have you downloaded Namsyyy?
On April 24, on the day of his birthday, the batting maestro, who turned 43, celebrated the occasion in grand style.
