orange - spontaenous, full of energy, not a follower of rule books, impulsive, enthusiastic, rash in decisions, perform the best in informal environment

gold - timely, precise, methodical, disciplined, rigorous following of timelines, do well in desk jobs and procedural ones..

blue - friendly, loving, people pleasers, love to lend a shoulder to cry, emotional, tend to mix personal and professional life, make for great HR heads..

Green - visionaries, love one's own company, practical in relationships, too logical, likely to make for scientists, research analysts..
