Yo, dont think so😉, person of unsound mind entering into any kind of contract or signing a document is invalid/ void as per contract laws...he aint a party to the contract..so if he cant be a party and be valid for signing for the marriage certificate, then his marriage is invalid too

Yup Hiral, was just doing a quick reading on the "Persons with Diabilities Act 2011 (yet to be enacted I think) and it clearly states that if both parties do not consent voluntarily, the marriage will be void

Based on just the trailer, I will give the movie a miss😆. Looked like a serial without a plot. Something like a one big happy family on ship without lots of undercurrents and mo story.

Will await reviews and word of mouth😃

2. No action- just family drama - No thieves- robbery-

3. Ship i dont like- I love Airplanes- Will watch something like Airforce One- Ships -Boring

The film was first announced as a film based on the brother and sister relationship between Zoya and her brother Farhan Akhtar, she had been working on the script after her 2011 film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.^[4] The cast consisted of Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. After Ranbir's date issues were apparent, Akhtar approached Ranveer Singh to play the role of the brother opposite Kareena with Katrina as his love interest.^[5] Kareena had decided to turn down the offer as she was keen to work with cousin-actor Ranbir Kapoor who was replaced by Ranveer.^[6] In June, 2013 it was rumoured Priyanka Chopra will be replacing Kareena as Ranveer's sister and in October, 2013 it was confirmed.^[7]^[8] Also announced was Anushka Sharma as Ranveer's love interest and Anil Kapoor in a pivotal role. After featuring in Zoya's Luck By Chance and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, brother Farhan Akhtar was confirmed to play a role in the film.^[9] Actors Madhuri Dixit, Tabu and Raveena Tandon were all considered for the role of Ranveer's and Priyanka's mother on screen until Shefali Shah was confirmed.^[10]

But here it is about marriage and unsound mental status and the parents took the decision on behalf of him.

At least in health care issues where the patient is unconscious or not in a position to make deccisions regarding medical care there are some closest relatives who can take the decision on behalf of the patient including discontinuation of life supporting services if the pt is beyond medical help.

Here the parents of the boy didn't hide so they can't be held responsible either
