Many accused us Zindagi viewers of not having enough knowledge abt the actors' works and going gaga over them. But I don't need to watch their whole body of work to come to my own conclusion. I can make concession once or twice but not beyond dat and I am never rash with my judgement. I take my time, but once it's done I stick to it.😆

As far as SS goes I can safely say that I know much more abt her as a person and also the work she has done, than anyone else in d PSF forum would know, coz I have been following her career, past and present pretty extensively and also kinda hv access of the kind others wouldn't have.

Elan e hjung toh kab ka ho chuka. The amoubt of hateful words were used and moreover the generalisation to conckude ecery one in z indagi forum has limited knowledge about pak shows were enough to understand that its pointless to argue. The generalisation made by few annoyed me frankly.

For me, the story content is always necessary and if that engages me along with actors who knows their craft , I will surely sit and finish it. Thats why I have seen other shows of pak which not necessarily have my fav. Or v7ce versa, sotory is not my type, so will not try like I never bothered to watch akbari ashgari of Fawad. The content is king fir me and then the actors. Another thing which I fail to understand, why is it necessary to make people realise that you have poorre taste than mine if you dnt like this fiction? Why? I do not like dastaan at all even if it has Fk in it, I found the romance part annoying, ott for my taste. And i think Fawad overacted in few scenes and SB 's hyoerventilating was bit too much to for my toleranceAb yeh bataungi toh will get lectured. Toh I am not watching and thus staying away too.

As far as SS is concerned, I think you know lot more than me, I like her character portrayals for sure though havnt watched all her work. And I like Sanam Baloch, Mahira, Aamina sheikh and even Marina khan a lot in diff shows. As I said the character stays with me if its well etched and well acted.

Okay..my name is Ashra. I am from India, Kolkata...but no bong connection as such. A Muslim. Doing my graduation right now in Nutrition and Dietetics. Love food, funny at times...loves philoshophy. A Piscean. Quite opposite here of what I am in real life...so can't really 'introduce' myself lol
A true blue Sidharth Malhotra fan. Started watching Zindagi channel..became a big fan of ZGH and Humsafar. But ZGH a little more 😉
So that's it!

Ashra you are studying a very interesting subject, so with time you can guide us howe should deal with our nutrition as per our body types.

I know you by your last username though from bw forum as I was there in haasi toh phasi thread as I really liked the movie and Sidm -parineeti pairing. And most zindag viewrs love zgh a bit more, its like first love , cant get over it.

Yeah for me too it's finally the story that has to appeal to me. The only thing is dat if it has my fav. actors I'll gv a movie or drama a chance and even if it's half way decent I'l watch it. But agar fav nahin hue toh will not make dat effort.

Another thing with me is dat if I end up liking something a lot den I'll rather watch that or even read that again and again than watching/ reading something that does not appeal to me, even if it's for the first time.😆

I am just glad that I had watched Dastaan much before and was hence spared the clouding of my thoughts with all that is going on know. And teh sad part is that all dis fan war have ended in putting ppl off the show. Also I get you when u say that Fawad overreacted in some of the scenes, but I feel differently. It's set during the partition era and hence things tended to be dramatic then. Even if a take a generation or 2 back, like say my mom's den I remember how dramatic the ladies tended to be in those times and der was a lot of issues with relatives and egos and protocols etc. Whereas now we r pretty cool with relationships...aren't as emotionally expressive and tend to give a lot of space. AT least that's d case with me. So we don't hv such dramatic emotional displays. My only point of contention was that Ididn't find SB natural doing those dramatic, bubbly and emotional scenes, whereas Fawad even when doing those scenes portrayed them with restrain and hence looked natural, though it may seem silly.
