How many of you think Congress is behind attacks on Christians and using media to hype up incidents?

The way Digvijay Singh was barking at both BJP and AAP over the theft at a Convent school made me feel something was amiss.

Is it their dirty politics to save themselves?

Media calling it a Christian school sealed the deal. Hello! Students of all faiths study at a Convent school! So why call it attack on just a Christian school?

I am surprised that incidents at temples and gurdwaras are thefts or personal clashes whereas any incident at a Muslim or Christian place is attack on minority!

Barkha Dutt and India Today types exaggerate such attacks and describe in such a way as if no minority is safe.

Where is balance in reporting?

Surya Namaskar at some "Hindu" school is wrong. Some threat.

Like stop this majority shaming also!

Except madrassas, children of all faiths study at all schools be it a Saraswati vidya mandir or a Guru Nanak Public School or a Convent school. India doesn't have religion specific schooling per se!

Attack on any school would mean threat to everyone.

Yes congress is behind all these rumours.
After muslim community now there new target is christian community.
They are so desperate for votes.
And when a hindu/muslim can do a christian prayer in christian school, saraswati vandana in hindu school and namokar mantra in jain school then what's wrong with doing surya namaskar in hindu school.
Don't put ur child in a school which has been operated by trustees of other relegion simple agar itni hi problem hai to.
This is hindustan but we hindus have no right to do anything.
Why don't they refuse to sing 'jana gana mana' as it's has written in hindi not urdu ?

George Bush is asked by the interviewer "I wonder what your thoughts are about how you further tighten the financial pressure on Iran in particular if it also means economic pain for a lot of our allies?"
His reply

"Interesting question. Umm one of the problems not specifically on this issue just in general that uh that uh (*unintelligible) that money trumps ...peace.. sometimes.
*smiles
Now as commercial interests are very powerful interests throughout the world.. and part of the issue in convincing people to ... to put sanctions on a specific country is to convince them that its in the world's interests that they forego their own financial interests."

So today is Valentines day and there's already so much hype about it. Just don't understand.
Most supermarkets and malls here have now kept "Red" colored gift items, chocolates and greeting cards.

I can even see people actually purchasing this stuff😆

I was in a supermarket and a girls gang who seemed really interested and attracted towards all those gifts. There were some foolish men too! Such a waste of money.🥱

Really sometimes I don't understand the undue importance given to Valentines day.

"Love" is a pure feeling and should not be restricted to unmarried couples.

Aren't relations like Parents-Kid, Bro-Sis, Teacher-Student, Husband-Wife, Grandparents-grandchildren, pet dog-master bound by love too?

Love can manifest in other forms too! Love for nature, animals, religious places, school, college etc.

Why is it then this day only celebrated as if it's meant only for "so-called" couples.

In the name of love, these days we see all kind of parties thrown here and there.
Smoking and boozing is the specialty of this day.

More recently in the name of love rave parties, masquerade parties are organized and this trend is really dangerous and disturbing.

Instead of focusing on rave parties and stuff, stupid dumb media is interested in what hindu mahasabha is planning for this day.😆

A sting operation on a rave party would fetch much better TRP's than harping excessively on the views of right wing groups. But apparently secular media is not interested!

What do u all think?

I agree with Anu on this.
I have a strong feeling that the congress is indeed behind the attack on Christians. The 1984 anti-sikh riots were also orchestrated by the congress.

Will not be surprised at all if Congress turns out to be the culprit.

This cheap perverted corrupt and bigot party can go to any extent to grab votes.

But apparently this may not work since minorities will now vote for AAP and other such parties and not congress😆

Its up to the minorities themselves to understand this and dump the congress forever.

BJP on its part should try to silence loud mouth right wingers and gain minorities' trust.
This can end the problem forever.

No wonder why he was C- student at Harvard. Constant stammering like does he know what he is talking about? why would "sanctioning on a country" lead to world's interest lol?

They called it a Freudian slip of tongue.
You know what they say, that 1% of the world population control 40% of the wealth. And war is usually in the commercial interests of those 1%.
